📢Work Arrangements and Teaching and Learning Guidelines During the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings

As Thailand will host the 2026 IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings, and to help reduce traffic congestion in Bangkok during this period while ensuring that the University’s operations and academic activities continue smoothly, the University has established the following guidelines:

12, 14, 15, and 16 October 2026

-University personnel shall work from home (WFH). Staff may work on campus when necessary and as appropriate to their duties.
-All teaching and learning activities will be conducted online.
-For courses that require onsite instruction, instructors may conduct classes on campus if necessary. Instructors must inform the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs so that the information can be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs by 2 October 2026. Students must also be notified of the class format in advance.

17–18 October 2026

The Graduate School may determine the most appropriate teaching and learning format as deemed suitable.

Due to the flooding situation and the university's decision to move the midterm examination week, the following arrangements will apply for this week only.

As several of these courses are taught by part-time lecturers, last-minute schedule changes are difficult to arrange because lecturers have already committed to their professional schedules. Therefore, we will try to keep classes as close to the original timetable as possible.

📢 Announcement for UTCC Students, Lecturers, and Staff

Today, the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) will provide food and essential supplies for students living near the university. Each set includes items such as instant noodles, milk, and drinking water.

📅 Date: 28 September 2026
⏰ Time: 2:30–5:00 PM, or until supplies run out
📍 Location: UTCC ONE, Building 1, 1st Floor

📦 Limited to 200 sets
👤 One set per student

How to collect a set:

1. Show your student ID in the UTCC PLUS app to the staff.
2. Collect one set of food and essential supplies.

📢Teaching and Learning Arrangements and Midterm Examination Schedule📚

From September 28 to October 4, 2026, classes will be conducted either online or onsite, at the discretion of each course instructor.

The midterm examinations for undergraduate programs have been rescheduled to October 5–9, 2026. The examination times and rooms will remain as originally scheduled.

Students, faculty members, and staff are requested to continue monitoring official news and announcements from the University.
