เมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศุภศิษฏ์ ทวีแจ่มทรัพย์ คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีและมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่คณะนักกฎหมายจากสำนักงานกฎหมายชั้นนำของสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งสำเร็จการอบรมหลักสูตร “Navigating China–ASEAN Legal Landscapes: Trade, Investment, and Dispute Resolution” ณ คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
หลักสูตรดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 3–8 กันยายน 2569 โดยศูนย์กฎหมายเพื่อการระงับข้อพิพาท คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มุ่งถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และมุมมองด้านกฎหมายไทยและอาเซียนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการค้า การลงทุน การประกอบธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ และการระงับข้อพิพาทระหว่างประเทศ
หลักสูตรในครั้งนี้เป็นการต่อยอดจากโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศที่จัดขึ้น ณ มหาวิทยาลัย Stanford ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาในปีที่ผ่านมา โดยในปีนี้ ศูนย์กฎหมายเพื่อการระงับข้อพิพาท คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้รับการประสานความร่วมมือและได้รับความไว้วางใจให้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดหลักสูตรดังกล่าว ณ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อสานต่อและต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ โดยนำมุมมองด้านกฎหมายไทยและภูมิภาคอาเซียนมาเป็นส่วนสำคัญของการเรียนรู้และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการ
เนื้อหาการอบรมครอบคลุม 3 ประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่
1. FDI Law & Regulatory Framework in Thailand

3. Arbitration & International Business Dispute Resolution
▫️ โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ธิดารัตน์ ศิลปภิรมย์สุข ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กฎหมายเพื่อการระงับข้อพิพาท และรองคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
การจัดหลักสูตรดังกล่าวสะท้อนบทบาทของคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในการส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางกฎหมายในระดับนานาชาติ และการเชื่อมโยงมุมมองด้านกฎหมายไทยและอาเซียนเข้ากับบริบทของการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างประเทศ ตลอดจนเป็นเวทีในการสร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพระหว่างบุคลากรทางกฎหมายจากจีน ไทย และภูมิภาคอาเซียน
จากมหาวิทยาลัย Stanford สู่คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ความต่อเนื่องของโครงการดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศ และสะท้อนถึงบทบาทของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นเวทีสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และการสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติ

On 8 September 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Suphasit Taweejamsup, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, presided over the certificate presentation ceremony for a delegation of legal professionals from leading Chinese law firms who successfully completed the programme “Navigating China–ASEAN Legal Landscapes: Trade, Investment, and Dispute Resolution” at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. On this occasion, Ms. Zhang Nanjie, Senior Partner of Grandall Law Firm, presented a commemorative gift to the Dean on behalf of the participating group.
Held from 3–8 September 2026, the programme was organised by the Chulalongkorn Law Centre for Dispute Resolution to provide participants with substantive knowledge and practical perspectives on legal frameworks and developments relevant to trade, investment, international business, and dispute resolution in Thailand and ASEAN.
The programme builds upon an international legal capacity-building initiative held at Stanford University in the United States in the previous year. In 2026, the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University was entrusted to host the programme, reflecting the confidence placed in the Faculty as a platform for advanced legal learning and professional exchange on issues connecting China, Thailand, and the wider ASEAN region.
The programme featured three core areas of study:

▫️ Assistant Professor Dr. Arm Tangnirun, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, Director of the China Studies Center, Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University, and Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister on economic and trade policy
3. Arbitration & International Business Dispute Resolution
▫️ Assistant Professor Dr. Tidarat Sinlapapiromsuk, Director of the Chulalongkorn Law Centre for Dispute Resolution and Vice Dean, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University
Through the programme, the Faculty of Law seeks to advance international academic and professional collaboration by facilitating the exchange of legal knowledge and perspectives among legal professionals from China, Thailand, and ASEAN. The programme also provides an opportunity to examine the legal and regulatory dimensions of cross-border trade and investment within the broader regional and international business environment.
From Stanford University to Chulalongkorn University, the continuation of the programme marks a further development in international legal capacity building and reflects the Faculty of Law’s role in fostering meaningful academic and professional engagement across jurisdictions. It also reinforces Chulalongkorn University’s commitment to serving as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and international networks in support of closer legal and professional cooperation.
