🎉🎉🎉 Congratulations to Paphana Yiwsiw, an alumnus of the Digital Engineering (DE) Program, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, on being selected to receive a Thai Government Scholarship in Science and Technology, allocated to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, for graduate studies (Master’s–Doctoral level) in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in Railway Systems.
Paphana Yiwsiw has been awarded the scholarship and has commenced his Master’s studies in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, since January 2026. The scholarship fully covers tuition fees and all educational expenses throughout the program, including round-trip airfare, pre-departure expenses, monthly living allowance, books and educational equipment, computer expenses, and other related costs, in accordance with the regulations of the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC).

โดย ปภาณ ยิวสิว ได้รับทุนดังกล่าวและเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชา Electrical and Computer Engineering ที่ Carnegie Mellon University เมือง Pittsburgh รัฐ Pennsylvania ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งทุนดังกล่าวครอบคลุมค่าเล่าเรียนเต็มจำนวนและค่าใช้จ่ายตลอดเรียนจบ ค่าตั๋วโดยสารเครื่องบินไป-กลับ ค่าใช้จ่ายเตรียมตัวก่อนเดินทาง ค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน ค่าหนังสือและค่าอุปกรณ์การศึกษา ค่าคอมพิวเตอร์ เป็นต้น ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการข้าราชการพลเรือน (กพ.)
