🎉 Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University warmly congratulates Ms Methawee Suephithakmongkhon, an alumna of the LL.M. in Business Law (International Program), on receiving a Swedish Government scholarship.
The scholarship is awarded on a highly competitive basis and covers tuition fees, living expenses, international travel, and related costs, and offers access to a global network of future leaders.
Ms Methawee will pursue a Master’s degree in Investment Treaty Arbitration in Sweden at a leading European research university ranked among the world’s top 100. She is the first Thai recipient in this field since 2019.
She graduated with a cumulative GPA of 4.00 and completed her independent research project on legal issues relating to foreign investment in Thailand under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr Tidarat Sinlapapiromsuk

ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นางสาวเมธาวี ซื่อพิทักษ์มงคล นิสิตเก่าหลักสูตร LL.M. in Business Law (International Program) ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากรัฐบาลประเทศสวีเดนให้ได้รับทุนการศึกษา ประเภท full scholarship ครอบคลุมค่าเล่าเรียน ค่าครองชีพ และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ เพื่อศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท สาขา กฎหมายด้านอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างรัฐกับนักลงทุนต่างชาติ (Investment Treaty Arbitration) ณ ประเทศสวีเดน พร้อมโอกาสในการเข้าร่วมเครือข่ายผู้นำระดับนานาชาติ (Global Network of Future Leaders) โดยเป็นคนไทยคนแรกนับตั้งแต่ปี 2562 ที่ได้รับทุนรัฐบาลสวีเดนเพื่อศึกษาต่อในสาขาดังกล่าว
ทั้งนี้ นางสาวเมธาวี ซื่อพิทักษ์มงคล มีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ย 4.00 ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ศึกษาในหลักสูตร และได้ค้นคว้าวิจัยในหัวข้อกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนของชาวต่างชาติในประเทศไทย โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ธิดารัตน์ ศิลปภิรมย์สุข เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา
ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและศักยภาพของนิสิตคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในการก้าวสู่ระดับนานาชาติ และคณะนิติศาสตร์หวังว่าความสำเร็จนี้จะเป็นแรงบันดาลใจสำคัญสำหรับนิสิตรุ่นต่อ ๆ ไปด้วย
