คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ขอแสดงความยินดีและร่วมส่งกำลังใจแก่ทีมนิสิตคณะนิติศาสตร์ ที่ได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทย 🇹🇭 เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน ASEAN Law Association Moot Competition 2026 (International Round) ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 19–24 กรกฎาคม 2569
การได้รับเกียรติเป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่น ความสามารถ และศักยภาพทางวิชาการของทีมนิสิตคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ ที่คว้าชัยชนะในการแข่งขันรอบระดับประเทศ เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยร่วมการแข่งขันระดับอาเซียนรายการนี้ ติดต่อกันเป็นปีที่ 3 🏆

นอกจากนี้ ในการแข่งขันรอบคัดเลือกระดับประเทศประจำปีนี้ ยังมีทีมนิสิตคณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ ผ่านเข้าสู่รอบรองชนะเลิศ (Semi-finals) ได้ถึง 3 ทีม สะท้อนถึงความเข้มแข็งของการเรียนการสอนและการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนิสิตในด้านอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ ทั้งการศึกษาค้นคว้า การวิเคราะห์ข้อกฎหมาย การจัดทำคำคู่ความ และการว่าความในอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างรัฐกับนักลงทุนต่างชาติ (Investor-State Arbitration)
⚖️ คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ มีความภาคภูมิใจในความมุ่งมั่น ความอุตสาหะ และความทุ่มเทของนิสิตทุกคน และเชื่อมั่นว่าคุณค่าของการแข่งขันครั้งนี้มิได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงผลการแข่งขัน หากยังรวมถึงโอกาสในการพัฒนาความรู้ทางวิชาการ เสริมสร้างทักษะวิชาชีพ และการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับผู้แทนจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ในภูมิภาคอาเซียน อันจะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการเติบโตสู่การเป็นนักกฎหมายด้านอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศในอนาคต พร้อมทั้งเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่เพื่อนนิสิต ในการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและการพัฒนาวิชาชีพกฎหมายในระดับนานาชาติ

The Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University extends its warmest congratulations and best wishes to our students, who have been selected as the only team representing Thailand 🇹🇭 to compete in the ASEAN Law Association Moot Competition 2026 (International Round), to be held from 19–24 July 2026.
This achievement reflects the dedication and academic excellence of our students. It also marks the third consecutive year that a team from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University has won the national rounds and earned the honour of representing Thailand at this prestigious international competition. Furthermore, three teams from the Faculty advanced to the Semi-finals in this year’s national rounds, underscoring the Faculty’s sustained excellence in international arbitration education and advocacy, encompassing rigorous legal research, legal analysis, written submissions, and oral advocacy in Investor-State Arbitration. 🏆
