Instructions to student regarding examination

Instructions
1. Students are allowed to enter the exam room 5 minutes before the exam starts.
2. Students, who arrived later than 20 minutes after the beginning of the exam time, are not allowed to take the exam. This will result in “Fe” in that subject.
3. Student must wear student uniform for the exam. No jacket allowed in the exam room.
4. Cell phone must be turned off and placed in personal bag. Place all personal bags in front of the exam room for the full duration of the exam.
5. Student must sit in the assigned seat.
6. Write your name and your ID on the answer booklet and answer sheet. Place your student ID on the desk for examination.
7. All written responses must be in English.
8. Student cannot leave the exam room before two-third of the examination time. Once student leave the room, for any reason, student may not return.
9. Place all materials to be submitted on your desk. Do not take any exam paper and answer sheet or answer booklet out of the exam room.

For close-book examination
1. Dictionary, electronic devices, or similar tools are forbidden.
2. Other materials such as text books, notes, study materials, cell phones or other electronic devices are forbidden.
3. Calculator may be permitted by instructor. Cell phone, smart phone, or tablet is not permitted to be used as calculator.

For open-book examination
1. Bring in materials such as text books, notes, study materials or calculator as indicated by instructor of the subject. Cell phone or tablet is not permitted to be used as calculator.

Failure to comply or cheating will result in grade F in this subject and other disciplinary acts as stated in KMUTNB student’s regulations.

Agenda for Welcome New Students Activities 2014

Saturday 30 Aug 2014
7 am: IC Students meet in front of KMUTNB Dormitory (next to the stadium) Students wear student uniform. Boys wear university tie.

"Do not bring too many valuables with you, just some money for a ride home and food"

7.30 - 8.00 All new students move up to the stadium
8.00 - 9.00 Rehearsal of Oath taking event
9.00 - 10.00 Official event presided by President of KMUTNB

10.00 - 11.30 Sign up and receive t-shirt. Change to t-shirt and casual wear. (Please bring a bag to put your uniform and shoes in.) Students can leave your bag to Khun Sulida and pick up later on Monday.

11.30 - 15.30 Lunch, Get-together activities.
15.30 - 16.00 All students arrive at Pradoodaeng Hall, Anek Prasong Bldg.
16.00 - 18.00 Receiving new students activity (บายศรีสู่ขวัญ)
18.00 - 18.20 Closing ceremony
18.20 - 20.00 Music from Pradoodaeng Band
