ประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ฉบับที่ 3 (English below)
เรื่อง การปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ บางเขน ในสถานการณ์น้ำท่วม
ด้วยสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมในหลายพื้นที่ของกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล ซึ่งมีระดับน้ำเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องส่งผลให้เกิดน้ำท่วมขังและปัญหาการจราจร ส่งผลให้การเดินทางของนิสิต อาจารย์ และบุคลากรเป็นไปด้วยความยากลำบาก และอาจเกิดความไม่ปลอดภัยระหว่างการสัญจร
เพื่อความปลอดภัยต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์จึงให้หัวหน้าส่วนงานของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ บางเขน พิจารณาการขออนุญาตปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ตั้ง Work from Home (WFH) ในวันจันทร์ที่ 28 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2569 ตามความจำเป็นและเหมาะสม โดยจะต้องไม่กระทบต่อภารกิจของส่วนงาน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง กรณีที่ส่วนงานพบปัญหาในการปฏิบัติ
ตามประกาศนี้ ให้เสนออธิการบดีเป็นผู้วินิจฉัยชี้ขาด

KASETSART UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCEMENT No.3
Work Arrangements for University Personnel at the Bangkhen Campus in Response to the Flooding Situation
Due to continuous rainfall, flooding in several areas of Bangkok and its surrounding areas, and rising water levels, flooding and traffic congestion have affected travel in some areas. These conditions may cause inconvenience and raise safety concerns for students, faculty members, and university personnel.
To ensure the safety of students and university personnel, protect university property, and support the implementation of the government’s disaster prevention and mitigation measures in Bangkok on 26 September 2026, Kasetsart University has considered appropriate work arrangements to ensure the continued and orderly operation of the University.
Pursuant to Section 37 of the Kasetsart University Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the heads of units at the Bangkhen Campus are requested to consider allowing personnel to work from home (WFH) on Monday, 28 September 2026, as necessary and appropriate. Such arrangements should not affect the duties and responsibilities of the respective units and should allow the University’s operations to continue without interruption.
If any unit encounters difficulties in implementing this announcement, the matter shall be submitted to the President for consideration and further direction.
