AIHM would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Estelle Dinh for leading the Masterclass on The Strategy of Luxury for our Semester 7 on 18 May 2026.
Throughout the session, young professionals explored the deeper philosophy behind luxury through Kapferer’s approach, understanding how luxury brands create aspiration, preserve exclusivity, and shape desire beyond trends and mass demand. The Masterclass provided valuable insights into luxury branding, customer perception, craftsmanship, symbolic value, and the evolving expectations of the global luxury market.
With her extensive international experience across luxury hospitality, private banking, and luxury brand strategy, Dr. Estelle Dinh shared real-world perspectives that inspired our young professionals to think critically about the future of luxury business and hospitality management. The interactive discussion and Q&A session also encouraged young professionals to reflect on their future career paths and projects as they prepare to enter the industry.
