TBS ร่วมเปิดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ระดับนานาชาติ ในโครงการ KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026 ณ ประเทศเวียดนาม 🇻🇳
ระหว่างวันที่ 28 – 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นพธนิษฐ์ โชติสาร รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และการดิจิทัล คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยตัวแทนนักศึกษา เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมปิดโครงการ “KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026” จัดโดย KH Academy ณ ประเทศเวียดนาม เพื่อเปิดโลกทัศน์และเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนผ่านการศึกษาธุรกิจ การลงทุน และการดำเนินงานของภาคเอกชนไทยในต่างประเทศ
โครงการ KH Camp for Next C-Suite จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 3 โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 – 4 จากคณะนิติศาสตร์ คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี และคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยและมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 21 คน ได้พัฒนาศักยภาพผ่านการปฐมนิเทศ การเรียนรู้ด้าน ESG ทักษะการทำงานอย่างมืออาชีพ และการฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริงกับองค์กรภาคเอกชนชั้นนำของประเทศ ก่อนเดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ ประเทศเวียดนาม
ในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ นิสิตนักศึกษาได้เยี่ยมชม โรงผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ Phu Yen TTP ของบริษัท บี.กริม เพาเวอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ณ เมืองฟูเอี้ยน พร้อมเรียนรู้ภาพรวมการลงทุนและการดำเนินธุรกิจของภาคเอกชนไทยในเวียดนาม เพื่อเสริมมุมมองด้านธุรกิจและเศรษฐกิจในระดับภูมิภาค
นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังจัดกิจกรรม KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026 Final Presentation ภายใต้โจทย์ “The Resilient Boardroom: Tri-Sector Strategy Against the Chaotic Era” เปิดเวทีให้นิสิตนักศึกษาจำลองบทบาทเป็นคณะผู้บริหารร่วม (Co-CEOs) และนำเสนอแผนยุทธศาสตร์ระยะ 3 ปี เพื่อรับมือกับความผันผวนทางเศรษฐกิจและภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ โดยให้ความสำคัญกับความยืดหยุ่นด้านห่วงโซ่อุปทาน การเงิน และการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ
ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นพธนิษฐ์ โชติสาร รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และการดิจิทัล ได้ร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการตัดสินการนำเสนอผลงาน ร่วมกับผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์และจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อคัดเลือกผู้ที่มีศักยภาพโดดเด่น โดยทีมผู้ชนะจำนวน 3 คนได้รับโอกาสต่อยอดประสบการณ์ทางธุรกิจ ณ ประเทศเกาหลีใต้
โครงการดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสสำคัญที่ช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้เชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการเข้ากับประสบการณ์จริง เรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกันข้ามศาสตร์ พัฒนาทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ ภาวะผู้นำ และมุมมองทางธุรกิจระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นผู้นำองค์กรในอนาคต

From 28–31 July 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Noptanit Chotisarn,Associate Dean for Global Engagement and Digitalization, Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University, together with TBS student representatives, participated in the closing activities of “KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026,” organized by KH Academy in Vietnam. The program was designed to broaden students’ perspectives and provide experiential learning opportunities through exposure to business, investment, and the operations of Thai companies abroad.
Now in its third consecutive year, KH Camp for Next C-Suite brought together 21 third- and fourth-year students from the Faculties of Law, Commerce and Accountancy, and Engineering of Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University. Participants developed their potential through orientation sessions, ESG learning, professional skills development, and hands-on experience with leading private-sector organizations before traveling to Vietnam for an international study visit.
During the trip, students visited the Phu Yen TTP Solar Power Plant operated by B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited in Phu Yen, where they gained insights into investment and business operations of Thai companies in Vietnam, further enhancing their understanding of regional business and economic environments.
The program also featured the KH Camp for Next C-Suite 2026 Final Presentation under the theme “The Resilient Boardroom: Tri-Sector Strategy Against the Chaotic Era.” Students took on the role of Co-CEOs and presented three-year strategic plans designed to address economic and geopolitical uncertainties, with a focus on supply chain resilience, financial resilience, and the application of AI in business operations.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Noptanit Chotisarn, Associate Dean for Global Engagement and Digitalization, served as a member of the judging panel alongside executives and faculty members from Thammasat University and Chulalongkorn University. The panel selected outstanding participants, with three winners receiving an opportunity to further develop their business experience in South Korea.
The program provided students with a valuable opportunity to connect academic knowledge with real-world experience, collaborate across disciplines, strengthen strategic thinking and leadership skills, and develop a broader international business perspective—preparing them to become future organizational leaders in an increasingly complex global environment.
