[English below] จดหมายเปิดผนึกจากอธิการบดีจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
เรื่อง ความห่วงใยต่อเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบเรียบร้อยบริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา และการดูแลความปลอดภัยของนิสิต
เรียน นิสิต ผู้ปกครอง คณาจารย์ และประชาคมจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
จากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบที่เกิดขึ้นบริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชาในช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความกังวลใจในกลุ่มนิสิต โดยเฉพาะนิสิตชาวไทยที่มีภูมิลำเนาในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง รวมถึงนิสิตชาวกัมพูชาที่ศึกษาอยู่ในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ทางมหาวิทยาลัยขอแสดงความห่วงใยอย่างยิ่งต่อสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว
จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยยึดมั่นในการดูแลความปลอดภัยและสวัสดิภาพของนิสิตทุกคนอย่างสูงสุด โดยไม่แบ่งแยกเชื้อชาติ สัญชาติ ศาสนา หรือความแตกต่างใด ๆ และมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัย เป็นมิตร และเคารพในความหลากหลายอย่างแท้จริง
มหาวิทยาลัยขอให้ความมั่นใจกับนิสิตทุกท่านว่า เราจะไม่ยอมให้เหตุการณ์ใด ๆ มาบั่นทอนสวัสดิภาพทางร่างกายและจิตใจของนิสิต พร้อมกันนี้ หากนิสิตท่านใดมีความกังวล รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย หรือประสบปัญหาใด ๆ ขอให้รีบติดต่องานกิจการนิสิตของคณะต้นสังกัด หรือสำนักบริหารกิจการนิสิตของมหาวิทยาลัยโดยทันที เพื่อที่เราจะสามารถดูแลและให้ความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างเหมาะสมและทันท่วงที
ขอให้ทุกท่านมั่นใจว่าจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยจะดำเนินมาตรการทุกด้านเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ เสรีภาพ และศักดิ์ศรีของนิสิตทุกคนอย่างเท่าเทียม ไม่ว่านิสิตจะมาจากภูมิภาคใดของโลกก็ตาม

Subject: Concern Regarding the Recent Unrest at the Thai–Cambodian Border and the Safety and Well-being of Our Students
Dear Students, Parents, Faculty Members, and the Chulalongkorn University Community,
In light of the recent unrest along the Thai–Cambodian border, which may have caused concern among some members of our community—particularly Thai students with families in nearby provinces and Cambodian students currently studying at Chulalongkorn University—I would like to express our deepest concern and sympathy regarding the situation.
Chulalongkorn University remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students, regardless of border, race, nationality, religion, or any other differences. We are dedicated to fostering a secure, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.
Please be assured that the university will not allow any circumstances to compromise the physical or emotional well-being of our students.
