เมื่อวันที่ 7 ส.ค. 69 คณะอาจารย์และนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจาก School of Political Science and Economics, Meiji University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น นำโดย Assoc. Prof. Kenji Kamata, PhD, และ Assis. Prof. Lorna Velia De Vera เดินทางมาเยือนคณะที่ท่าพระจันทร์ เพื่อรับฟังการบรรยายเรื่องประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมไทยโดย อ.ดร.ปุรวิชญ์ วัฒนสุข อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการเมืองการปกครอง ครับ ก่อนเข้าชมพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ พระนคร ต่อไป Meiji University เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำที่มีความเก่าแก่ของประเทศญี่ปุ่นและเป็นหนึ่งในสถาบันคู่สัญญาที่มีความร่วมมือกับ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มธ. มาอย่างยาวนานครับ โดยเฉพาะในรูปหลักสูตร Double Degree

On August 7, 2026, a delegation of faculty members and undergraduate students from the School of Political Science and Economics at Meiji University, Japan, led by Assoc. Prof. Kenji Kamata, PhD, and Assis. Prof. Lorna Velia De Vera, visited the Faculty of Political Science at TU’s Tha Prachan campus. During the visit, the group attended a lecture on Thai history and culture delivered by Purawich Watanasukh, PhD, a faculty member in the Politics and Government Department. They then continued their visit to the Bangkok National Museum. Meiji University is one of Japan’s leading and historic universities, and has maintained a long-standing partnership with the Faculty of Political Science at TU, particularly through the Double Degree program.

ระหว่างวันที่ 26 ก.ค. - 1 ส.ค. 69 คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มธ. นำโดย รศ.ดร.จิตติภัทร พูนขำ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ และ อ.ดร.ฟูอาดี้ พิศสุวรรณ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจำนวนหนึ่ง ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการ EAUI Summer School 2026 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนครับ EAUI เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในเอเชีย อันได้แก่ มธ., Waseda University, Korea University, Nanyang Technological University และ Peking University เพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการระหว่างคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สำหรับปีนี้งานจัดภายใต้หัวข้อ "Navigating the Interregnum: East Asian Agency and Contributions to a Multiplex International Order" โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้อภิปราย แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง และนำเสนอผลงานในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของเอเชียตะวันออกต่อระเบียบระหว่างประเทศ พร้อมทั้งสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับมหาวิทยาลัยพันธมิตรครับ

From July 26 to August 1, 2026, the Faculty of Political Science at TU, led by Assoc. Prof. Jittipat Poonkham, PhD, Associate Dean for Academic and International Affairs, and Dr. Fuadi Pitsuwan, a faculty member in the International Affairs Department, together with a nember of graduate students, participated in the EAUI Summer School 2026 at Peking University in Beijing, China. EAUI is a collaborative initiative among leading universities in Asia, including TU, Waseda University, Korea University, Nanyang Technological University, and Peking University, aimed at promoting academic exchange among faculty members and graduate students. This year's program was held under the theme "Navigating the Interregnum: East Asian Agency and Contributions to a Multiplex International Order." It provided participants with opportunities to engage in discussions, exchange perspectives, and present their work on East Asia's role in the international order, while also strengthening academic networks and collaboration among partner universities.

เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 9 ส.ค. 69 คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มธ. จัดงานปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาโครงการปริญญาโทสาขาวิชาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศภาคภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ MIR ที่ท่าพระจันทร์ครับ รศ.ดร.ภูริ ฟูวงศ์เจริญ คณบดี พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.จิตติภัทร พูนขำ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ศ.ดร.จรัญ มะลูลีม หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ และ รศ.ดร.ม.ล.พินิตพันธุ์ บริพัตร อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ ร่วมกันกล่าวต้อนรับและให้คำแนะนำในการเรียนระดับปริญญาโท ก่อนมีการให้ข้อมูลแก่นักศึกษาเรื่องหลักสูตร วิธีจัดการเรียนการสอน ตลอดจนสาธารณูปโภคและบริการสำหรับนักศึกษา สำหรับปีนี้ MIR ได้นักศึกษาที่มีภูมิหลังหลากหลายเข่นเคยครับ แถมครอบคลุมเกือบ 10 ประเทศ น่าจะช่วยให้บรรยากาศการแลกเปลี่ยนในห้องเรียนมีความน่าสนใจไม่น้อย

MIR เป็นหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาโทของคณะที่จัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ เรียนวันเสาร์และวันอาทิตย์ที่ท่าพระจันทร์ ผู้สนใจดูรายละเอียดหลักสูตรได้ที่เว็บไซต์คณะ ช่วงรับสมัครรอบหน้าจะอยู่ต้น พ.ศ. 2570 ครับ

On Sunday, August 9, 2026, the Faculty of Political Science at TU held an orientation session at Tha Prachan for students of the Master of Political Science in International Relations (MIR), an English-taught graduate program. Assoc. Prof. Puli Fuwongcharoen, PhD, Dean of the Faculty, together with Assoc. Prof. Jittipat Poonkham, PhD, Associate Dean for Academic and International Affairs; Prof. Jaran Maluleem, PhD, Head of the International Affairs Department; and Assoc. Prof. M.L. Pinitbhand Paribatra, PhD, a faculty member in the International Affairs Department, welcomed the new students and shared advice on pursuing graduate-level studies. The orientation also provided students with information about the curriculum, teaching and learning arrangements, as well as facilities and services available to students. As always, this year's MIR cohort brings together students from diverse backgrounds, with the cohort representing nearly 10 countries. This diversity should make classroom discussions particularly interesting and enriching.

ช่วงวันที่ 4-5 ส.ค. 69 ศ.ดร. กิตติ ประเสริฐสุข อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ และ ธนพล เกียรติศรีสินธพ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชาการระหว่างประเทศ ได้รับเชิญเข้าร่วมงานสัมมนาวิชาการด้านญี่ปุ่นศึกษาระดับนานาชาติ “International Japanese Studies Research Workshop & Symposium 2026” (IJSRWS 2026) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Rethinking Area Studies Through Japan” ณ Universitas Indonesia กรุงจาการ์ตา อินโดนีเซีย ด้วยการสนับสนุนจาก Japan Foundation งานสัมมนานี้นำเสนอแนวทางใหม่ในการศึกษาวิจัยด้านญี่ปุ่นศึกษาและอาณาบริเวณศึกษา โดยมี ศ.ดร. กิตติเป็นหนึ่งในองค์ปาฐกนำ หลังจากนั้น ยังมีการนำเสนอการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับญี่ปุ่นของนักศึกษาจากชาติอาเซียนในนานามิติ ไม่ว่าด้านสังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ และวัฒนธรรม ทั้งแบบดั้งเดิมและสมัยใหม่ ธนพลได้นำเสนอในหัวข้อ “การแข่งขันทางยุทธศาสตร์ระหว่างญี่ปุ่นกับจีนในเอเชียใต้” อันแสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพระดับนานาชาติของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของคณะครับ

During August 4-5, 2026, Prof. Kitti Prasertsuk, PhD, a faculty member in the International Relations Department, and Thanapon Kiatsrisintop, an undergraduate student, were invited to participate in the International Japanese Studies Research Workshop & Symposium 2026 (IJSRWS 2026), held under the theme “Rethinking Area Studies Through Japan” at Universitas Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia. Supported by the Japan Foundation, the symposium presented new approaches to research in Japanese studies and area studies, with Prof. Dr. Kitti serving as one of the keynote speakers. Afterwards, students from ASEAN countries presented their research on Japan from a wide range of perspectives, including social, economic, political, international relations, and cultural dimensions, encompassing both traditional and contemporary aspects of Japan. Thanapon presented his research entitled “Strategic Competition between Japan and China in South Asia,” demonstrating the international-level potential and academic capabilities of the Faculty’s undergraduate students.
