กรุงเทพมหานครได้จัดตั้งมหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช (ชื่อเดิม มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพมหานคร) เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร เนื่องในวโรกาสงานฉลองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี ตามพระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. 2553 ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เมื่อวันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2553 เป็นสถาบันการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาที่เป็นหน่วยงานของรัฐในกำกับของกรุงเทพมหานคร

มีฐานะเป็นนิติบุคคล เป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาท้องถิ่นแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย ได้รับพระราชทานนามว่า มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช และประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เมื่อวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2556


ปัจจุบันมหาวิทยาลัยประกอบด้วย 7 ส่วนงาน คือ สำนักงานสภามหาวิทยาลัย สำนักงานอธิการบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์วชิรพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์เกื้อการุณย์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีสุขภาพ วิทยาลัยพัฒนามหานคร และวิทยาลัยพัฒนาชุมชนเมือง โดยมีศาสตราจารย์สุรพล นิติไกรพจน์ เป็นนายกสภามหาวิทยาลัย และรองศาสตราจารย์นายแพทย์อนันต์ มโนมัยพิบูลย์ เป็นอธิการบดี

ศูนย์บริการวิชาการด้านศาสตร์เขตเมือง สำนักงานอธิการบดี คืนข้อมูลผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางสิ่งแวดล้อม แก่สำนักงานเขตคลองเตย🏢📊

เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2569 ตัวแทนศูนย์บริการวิชาการด้านศาสตร์เขตเมือง สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช จัดกิจกรรม คืนข้อมูลผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพทางสิ่งแวดล้อมแก่สำนักงานเขตคลองเตย ภายใต้โครงการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 💧🍃

การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้มุ่งสนับสนุนนโยบายกรุงเทพมหานครและการยกระดับสภาพแวดล้อมในสถานที่ทำงาน โดยศูนย์ฯ ได้ดำเนินการตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำบริโภค 40 ตัวอย่าง จากตู้บริการน้ำดื่มฟรี เพื่อสนับสนุนนโยบาย “น้ำดื่มสะอาด เพื่อชุมชน” พร้อมตรวจวิเคราะห์ คุณภาพน้ำทิ้งอาคาร 1 ตัวอย่าง และคุณภาพอากาศภายในอาคาร 1 จุด เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน สำนักงานสีเขียว (Green Office) 🧪🏢

กิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจาก นายบำรุง สำเนียงงาม ผู้อำนวยการเขตคลองเตย พร้อมด้วย นายแหวน เพ็ชรตะกั่ว ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการเขตคลองเตย และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมรับทราบผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประเด็นที่ควรปรับปรุงและแนวทางการดูแลสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสำนักงานให้ มีความเหมาะสมต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ และการให้บริการแก่ประชาชน

ทั้งนี้หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์และข้อเสนอแนะจะเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญต่อสำนักงานเขตคลองเตยในการนำไปใช้ประกอบการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาคุณภาพทางสิ่งแวดล้อมให้สะอาด ปลอดภัย และมีคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Urban Sciences Academic Service Center, Office of the President, Returns Environmental Test Analysis Results to Khlong Toei District Office 🏢📊

On August 7, 2026, representatives from the Urban Sciences Academic Service Center, Office of the President, Navamindradhiraj University, organized an event to return the environmental quality analysis results to the Khlong Toei District Office under the Academic Services to Society Project for Fiscal Year 2026. 💧🍃

This operation aimed to support Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) policies and elevate workplace environmental conditions. The Center conducted quality analysis on 40 drinking water samples from free drinking water dispensers to support the “Clean Drinking Water for Communities” initiative. Additionally, it analyzed 1 building wastewater sample and 1 indoor air quality point to support Green Office operations. 🧪🏢

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Bamrung Samniangngam, Director of Khlong Toei District, alongside Mr. Waen Phettakua, Assistant Director of Khlong Toei District, and relevant officials. They extended a warm welcome, acknowledged the analysis results, and exchanged perspectives regarding areas for improvement and guidelines for maintaining an office environment suitable for staff operations and public service provision. 🤝📋

It is sincerely hoped that these analytical results and recommendations will serve as vital information for Khlong Toei District Office in continuously improving and developing environmental quality to ensure cleanliness, safety, and high standards. ✨🌱

เมื่อภัยพิบัติไม่ได้ทำลายแค่บ้านเรือน แต่ยังส่งผลกระทบต่อสภาพจิตใจอย่างหนัก การเตรียมความพร้อมทางอารมณ์และสติจึงสำคัญไม่แพ้การถุงยังชีพ 📦❤️ บทความโดยภาควิชาจิตเวชศาสตร์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์วชิรพยาบาล ได้สรุปหลักคิดสำคัญไว้ดังนี้:

ยอมรับความกลัว 😨:
การกลัว คิดมาก หรือกระวนกระวายคือปฏิกิริยาปกติของมนุษย์ ไม่จำเป็นต้องฝืนเข้มแข็งตลอดเวลา
โฟกัสสิ่งที่ควบคุมได้ 🎯:
ไม่สามารถห้ามน้ำท่วมได้ แต่เลือกติดตามข่าวจากแหล่งที่น่าเชื่อถือ และเตรียมของจำเป็นเองได้
จำกัดการรับข่าวสาร 📺:
ลดการดูภาพเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจซ้ำๆ เพื่อไม่ให้สมองเครียดตระหนกตลอดเวลา
ใช้สติเมื่อตื่นตระหนก 🧩:
หยุด หายใจช้าๆ และตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองว่า "สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดที่ต้องทำตอนนี้คืออะไร" แล้วค่อยๆ แก้ไปทีละเรื่อง
อย่าเผชิญปัญหาคนเดียว 🤝:
พูดคุยกับครอบครัวหรือเพื่อนบ้าน การมีคนรับฟังช่วยลดความรู้สึกโดดเดี่ยวได้ดี

การพักผ่อนไม่ใช่ความเห็นแก่ตัว แต่คือการเติมพลังเพื่อไปช่วยคนอื่นต่อ

ในวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์พงษ์ศักดิ์ น้อยพยัคฆ์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช ให้เกียรติเป็นผู้แทนรับมอบทุนการศึกษา ณ อาคารสำนักงานอธิการบดี 🏛️

Navamindradhiraj University Welcomes the Subcommittee for the Consideration of the Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2027

On August 18, 2026, Navamindradhiraj University, led by Associate Professor Manutham Manavathongchai, Vice President, together with the university’s executives, welcomed Mr. Sarawut Ananchon, Chair of the Subcommittee and Member of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, and members of the Subcommittee for the Consideration of the Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2027, on the occasion of their visit to Navamindradhiraj University and its affiliated units.

On this occasion, the university’s executives led the subcommittee on a visit to several facilities, including Vajira Hospital, Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing, the Bang Kruai Integrated Elderly Care Learning Center in Nonthaburi Province, and the Bangkok Early Childhood Development Demonstration Center.

The visit highlighted the diverse missions of Navamindradhiraj University, encompassing education, the production and development of healthcare professionals, medical services, elderly care, and early childhood development. These missions are all aimed at responding to the needs of the public and enhancing the quality of life of people living in urban communities.

📅 วันที่ 17 สิงหาคม 2569 นายสราวุธ อนันต์ชล ประธานอนุกรรมการ (สมาชิกสภากรุงเทพมหานคร) พร้อมด้วยคณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อพิจารณางบประมาณรายจ่าย ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 ประชุมพิจารณางบประมาณรายจ่ายของมหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์พงษ์ศักดิ์ น้อยพยัคฆ์ อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมชี้แจงรายละเอียดงบประมาณฯ ณ ห้องประชุม 2 ชั้น 6 อาคารทีปังกรรัศมีโชติ คณะแพทยศาสตร์วชิรพยาบาล

💰 Budget Subcommittee Holds Meeting to Consider the Fiscal Year 2027 Expenditure Budget of Navamindradhiraj University

📅 On 17 August 2026, Mr. Sarawut Ananchon, Chairperson of the Subcommittee and Member of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, together with members of the Subcommittee for the Consideration of the Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2027, convened a meeting to consider the expenditure budget of Navamindradhiraj University.

The meeting was welcomed by Associate Professor Pongsak Noiphayak, President of Navamindradhiraj University, together with the University’s executive team, who presented and provided clarification on the details of the proposed expenditure budget for Fiscal Year 2027. The meeting was held in Meeting Room 2, 6th Floor, Dipangkorn Rasmijoti Building, Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University.

📊 During the meeting, the University presented its operational performance, key plans, and projects, as well as the details and rationale underlying the proposed expenditure budget for Fiscal Year 2027. The University also outlined its ongoing initiatives and operations in alignment with the policies and strategic missions of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), for consideration by the Subcommittee.

🤝 The meeting focused on providing the Subcommittee with comprehensive information regarding the University’s operational performance, plans, projects, and budgetary requirements, in support of the Subcommittee’s consideration of the proposed expenditure budget and its appropriate and effective allocation.

The Subcommittee is scheduled to visit key areas and facilities within Navamindradhiraj University on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, to gain further insight into the University’s missions, operations, and activities across various areas.
