🏆 ICO NIDA Student Wins First Prize at the 3rd International Sustainable Development Debate Competition

The International College of NIDA (ICO NIDA) is delighted to congratulate Miss Krishna Valentina Sachdev, our international Ph.D. student, on winning first prize at the 3rd International Sustainable Development Debate Competition.

The competition provided an international platform for students to exchange ideas, debate pressing global issues, and build meaningful connections across cultures.

We are very proud of Krishna’s outstanding achievement and her excellent representation of ICO NIDA on the international stage.

📢 Call for Papers | IFSAM Research-Practice Conference 2026

Sustainability was the starting point. Regeneration is the next challenge for organizations everywhere.

IFSAM, together with the International College of the National Institute of Development Administration (ICO NIDA) and the Asia Organization Development Network (AODN), invites submissions for its inaugural Research-Practice :

FROM SUSTAINABLE TO REGENERATIVE: ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT PRACTICES

Scholars, business leaders, consultants, policymakers, and change agents will come together to explore how organizations can renew, restore, and strengthen the systems they depend on.

Two formats are open for submission:

▪ Long Abstracts (1,000–2,000 words, excluding references): original theoretical, empirical, methodological, conceptual, or review-based research
▪ Practice Insights (1,000–2,000 words): reflective, experience-driven contributions on real-world transformations, leadership challenges, and lessons learned

Contributions are welcome across five :
- organisational development and leadership;
- the future of work and human capital;
- strategy, entrepreneurship and marketing; - AI and digital transformation;
- academia–industry collaboration.
