🚨 Pro-Active Checklist for Round 2:
🖊️🔵 The Blue Ink Mandate Secure a blue ballpoint pen. Every signature and certified copy must be in blue ink—no exceptions (the use of any other colors is strictly prohibited).
📝 SoP Drafting (Statement of Purpose) Start writing your Statement of Purpose (500–800 words). Use Times New Roman, Size 12, with single spacing. Focus on conveying your passion, motivations, and global vision.
🚫🕳️ Document Discipline (The ”No-Damage“ Policy) Keep your documents pristine: no hole-punching, no binding, and no sliding bars. Practice the ”Left-Corner Staple“ method or place them neatly in a document envelope.
🖼️ Portfolio Refinement Curate your best work into exactly 5 A4 pages (Portrait orientation). Ensure there are NO QR codes, animations, or video links included.
✉️ Recommendation Letters Contact two teachers early to request their support. Remember, these letters must be submitted in sealed envelopes with an official school stamp.
🩺 Medical Examination Results Download the faculty‘s specific form and prepare your results from a government or private hospital to be presented on the interview day.
