Participated in 3 days in Indonesia’s Business matching, education collaboration, and study in Thailand expo in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Business matching event allows 15 universities/agencies from Indonesia to discuss about possibilities for further academic collaboration including exchange student program, and recruiting full time students to KMUTNB.

😄 The Faculty of Engineering has added new contact channels for your convenience in case you encounter any issues entering the exam on exam day, such as "forgetting your student ID card," "arriving late," "violating exam regulations," or other problems.

📣 Students can immediately contact the Exam Directing Committee at the building closest to their exam room:
Building 81: ✅ Educational Services Room, 3rd Floor
Building 86/88: ✅ Room 86-702, 7th Floor
Building 89: ✅ Room 89-403, 4th Floor

Pre-Exam Checklist Reminder
✅ Check your exam room and seat number.
✅ Prepare your student ID card.
✅ Enter the exam room 10 minutes early (08:50 AM and 12:50 PM).
✅ Read the exam cover instructions carefully to see what is allowed and what is prohibited. If you are unsure, raise your hand to ask the invigilator before you start the exam.

Exam seat numbers are now available for checking.
All students must check their exam seat numbers: https://kmutnb.link/CHECKEXAMSEAT

Instructions Based on Check Results
If you found your exam seat number (applicable only to subjects in the schedule and Faculty of Engineering sections):
No further action is required. Take the exam as notified by the system.
If you found no exam seat number or it is incomplete for some subjects:
Proceed with the following steps:

Submit Request: Submit your request through the system along with the required supporting documents.

Deadline: The system closes on August 14, 2569, at 4:00 PM.

Failure to meet this deadline means the student does not wish to take the exam in all cases.

🇬🇧 ความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ: ต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ข้อใดข้อหนึ่งต่อไปนี้:
มีผลคะแนนสอบสากลเทียบเท่าระดับ CEFR B2 ขึ้นไป (เช่น IELTS, TOEFL iBT) หรือหากยื่นคะแนน TOEIC L&R จะต้องเข้ารับการทดสอบทักษะ Speaking & Writing เพิ่มเติมผ่านการสัมภาษณ์/พรีเซนต์กับอาจารย์จ้า

🛠️ เอกสารสำคัญที่ต้องแนบส่งออนไลน์ :
1. ฟอร์มสมัครทุน MEXT :ดาวน์โหลดและกรอกแบบฟอร์มใบสมัครทุน (ในเบื้องต้นให้ใช้ Tentative Format ของปีก่อนหน้าตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนดไปก่อน แล้วค่อยอัปเดตตัวจริงเมื่อ MEXT ประกาศทางการจ้า)

2. จดหมายแนะนำจากคณบดี :จดหมายรับรองที่ออกโดยคณบดี (Dean) หรือตำแหน่งเทียบเท่าขึ้นไปจากมหาวิทยาลัยล่าสุดที่เรียนแบบเต็มเวลา โดยต้องจ่าหน้าซองถึงอธิการบดีของ Institute of Science Tokyo เท่านั้น (เขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่น)

3. หลักฐานแสดงความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ :ไฟล์ผลคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ เช่น IELTS, TOEFL iBT, TOEIC L&R (สอบภายในระยะเวลา 2 ปี) หรือใบรับรองหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษอินเตอร์จากมหาวิทยาลัยเดิม

4. เอกสารประกอบการสมัครหลักสูตร IGP(A):เอกสารทางวิชาการอื่นๆ เช่น โครงร่างงานวิจัย (Research Proposal), ทรานสคริปต์ฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ, ใบรับรองจบการศึกษา, และเอกสารตามที่คณะกำหนด

⏳ ไทม์ไลน์ช่วงเวลาการสมัคร :
📅 กลางกันยายน – ปลายพฤศจิกายน: ช่วงเวลาเปิดระบบรับสมัครออนไลน์
📅 พฤศจิกายน: MEXT ประกาศเกณฑ์และโควตาทุน Priority อย่างเป็นทางการ
📅 ต้นมีนาคม: มหาวิทยาลัยประกาศผล และส่งรายชื่อผู้เสนอชื่อทุนให้ MEXT
📅 กรกฎาคม – สิงหาคม: MEXT ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับทุนอย่างเป็นทางการ
✈️ ปลายกันยายน: เดินทางถึงประเทศญี่ปุ่นและรายงานตัวเข้าศึกษา

(💡 ข้อควรรู้จากแอด: ทุนเริ่มต้นจะครอบคลุมระยะเวลา 2 ปีในระดับ ป.โท ก่อนน้า และเมื่อน้องๆ จะเรียนต่อในระดับ ป.เอก สามารถยื่นเรื่องขออนุมัติขยายเวลาการรับทุนต่อได้ (Scholarship Extension) โดยจะต้องรักษาเกรดเฉลี่ยในชั้น ป.โท ให้ได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.50 จาก 3.00 จ้า)
