Established in 2015, the Central and Eastern European Studies Section, under the Centre for European Studies at Chulalongkorn University, aims to promote the teaching and learning of as well as research on any aspect of Central and Eastern Europe in Thailand. It also aims to provide a teaching and learning platform for Thai teachers, students and interested public by bringing together leading expe

rts, academics, researchers, diplomats, ambassadors, economists, entrepreneurs, government officials and NGO representatives from Thailand and abroad who share interests in the field of Central and Eastern European Studies. The Central and Eastern European Studies Section at Chulalongkorn University is the first and only academic organisation of its kind ever to exist in the Kingdom of Thailand.
