เมื่อวันที่ 28 เมษายน 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจาก Central China Normal University (CCNU) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน นำโดย Prof. Zuo Shuangju (รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ) พร้อมด้วย Prof. Li Huayong และอาจารย์ Li Minlin เพื่อร่วมหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับทวิภาคี

On April 28, 2026, Udon Thani Rajabhat University hosted a welcoming session for the delegation from Central China Normal University (CCNU), China. The delegation, led by Prof. Zuo Shuangju (Deputy Director of International Cooperation Office), Prof. Li Huayong, and Lecturer Li Minlin, visited UDRU to discuss exciting bilateral academic collaborations.

🇻🇳 Celebrating 30 Years of Partnership! UDRU Joins the Anniversary of the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen 🤝✨

Udon Thani Rajabhat University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thanyasunthornsakun, President, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Theerayut Pengchai, Vice President, and faculty members from the International College (INTC), were honored to attend the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Establishment of the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen on April 22, 2026.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Dinh Hoang Linh, Consul General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen, at the Consulate General’s office.

🇹🇭 สานสัมพันธ์ไทย-เวียดนาม! กับความสำเร็จของโครงการ "วิชาการ + วัฒนธรรม" ที่ไร้พรมแดน 🇻🇳

เมื่อวันที่ 17 เมษายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 อาคารนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีปิด พร้อมมอบเกียรติบัตรให้แก่คณะนักศึกษาจากสาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม จำนวน 50 คน ในโอกาสสำเร็จโครงการ "ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมไทยระยะสั้น" (Internship and Cultural Exchange Program)

On April 17, 2026, at the Meeting Room, 1st Floor, International Building, Udon Thani Rajabhat University—Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thanyasunthornsakun, President of UDRU, presided over the closing ceremony and presented certificates to 50 students from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This marked the successful completion of the "Internship and Cultural Exchange Program."

This initiative is a testament to the strong partnership between our institutions, coordinated and organized by the Office of International Affairs (OIA), International College, UDRU. The program aims to provide an international learning platform that perfectly integrates "Academics + Culture."

เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (UDRU) นำโดย ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมออนไลน์เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับคณะผู้บริหารจาก มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีส่านซี (Shaanxi University of Technology) สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน นำโดย คุณหยู ลี่ (Yu Li) คณบดีคณะการพัฒนาและการศึกษานานาชาติ

🌏✨ A Major Step Towards Globalization! UDRU Partners with Shaanxi University of Technology to Establish a Confucius Institute & Expand Academic Collaboration 🇹🇭🇨🇳

On April 8, 2026, Udon Thani Rajabhat University (UDRU), led by our President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thanyasunthornsakun, and the executive team, held a virtual academic collaboration meeting with executives from Shaanxi University of Technology, China, led by Mr. Yu Li, Dean of International Education and Development.

This exciting initiative was proudly coordinated and facilitated by the Office of International Affairs (OIA), International College, as part of our ongoing mission to globalize our campus and build dynamic educational networks! 🤝

The productive discussion took place at Meeting Room 3, 2nd Floor, Chalermprakiat Building, focusing on driving three major collaborative projects forward:

🌏 Strengthening Global Ties! INTC UDRU Expands Academic Collaboration with Hanshan Normal University (HSNU), China

On April 2, 2026, following the successful arrival of our exchange staff and students, Dr. Wanna Laokhetkit (Associate Dean) and Mr. Nattakid Sangkamruang represented the International College and Udon Thani Rajabhat University, in a high-level strategic meeting with the executives of Hanshan Normal University.

Warm Welcome & Vision: The President of HSNU extended a gracious welcome, discussing the expansion of our academic cooperation framework to reach new heights.

มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ยกระดับความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาไทย-จีน เปิดตัวโครงการออนไลน์ "สถาบันเส้นทางสายไหม" (Silk Road Academy) อย่างเป็นทางการ

3 เมษายน 2569 – มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี (UDRU) บรรลุผลสำเร็จอีกขั้นในการขับเคลื่อนความเป็นสากล โดยในวันนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยฯ ได้ร่วมกับ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคอาชีวศึกษาเศรษฐศาสตร์และการพาณิชย์เจ้อเจียง (ZJIE), คิงซอฟท์ ออฟฟิศ (WPS) และ บริษัท ฮั่นไห่ รุ่ยจื้อ (Hanhai Ruizhi) จัดพิธีเปิดโครงการ “สถาบันเส้นทางสายไหม WPS (ประเทศไทย)" ผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกลข้ามประเทศ

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ นำโดย ผศ.ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ดร.สุภัทรา วันเพ็ญ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีและรักษาการคณบดีวิทยาลัยนานาชาติพร้อมทั้งตัวแทนผู้บริหาร และคณาจารย์จากวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ พร้อมด้วย Mr. Nie Hua รองอธิการบดี ZJIE, Mr. Chen Ji ประธานบริษัท ฮั่นไห่ รุ่ยจื้อ, Ms. Huang Jin ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายต่างประเทศของ WPS รวมถึงคณะผู้บริหารจากกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ของทั้งสองฝ่าย

โดยพิธีจัดขึ้นผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม Zoom International พร้อมระบบล่ามแปลภาษาอังกฤษแบบฉับพลัน เพื่อประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคส่วนในการตอบสนองความต้องการแรงงานทักษะสูงในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง (GMS) อย่างแม่นยำ

อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี กล่าวเน้นย้ำในสุนทรพจน์ว่า การจัดตั้งสถาบันเส้นทางสายไหมจะสอดคล้องกับความต้องการบุคลากรในท้องถิ่นอย่างใกล้ชิด และขยายรูปแบบความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศเพื่อเปิดโอกาสทางอาชีพที่กว้างขวางขึ้นให้แก่ภาคศึกษา ในขณะที่ตัวแทนจาก ZJIE ได้แบ่งปันพันธกิจและความคาดหวังในการขยายการอาชีวศึกษาออกสู่สากล ทางด้าน WPS ได้นำเสนอแผนการตลาดในต่างประเทศ พร้อมสนับสนุนทรัพยากรด้านการศึกษาดิจิทัลผ่านนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยี ส่วนบริษัท ฮั่นไห่ รุ่ยจื้อ ในฐานะผู้ดำเนินโครงการ ได้อธิบายรายละเอียดแนวคิดการก่อสร้างและแผนงานในอนาคต เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยและจีนอย่างแท้จริง

ในช่วงท้ายของการประชุม ผู้บริหารจากทั้ง 4 ฝ่ายได้ร่วมถ่ายภาพหมู่ในรูปแบบเสมือนจริง (Cloud Photo) เพื่อประกาศการเริ่มต้นโครงการ "สถาบันเส้นทางสายไหม ZJIE-WPS (ประเทศไทย)" อย่างเป็นทางการ

พิธีเปิดในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่สะท้อนถึงบทบาทผู้นำของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีในความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระดับภูมิภาค แต่ยังแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการนำทรัพยากรการศึกษาระดับโลกมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มพูนทักษะและการทำงานในระดับสากลของนักศึกษา ในอนาคต มหาวิทยาลัยฯ จะยังคงใช้ข้อได้เปรียบทางภูมิศาสตร์ในฐานะ "ประตูสู่อนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง" เพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนทางการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทยและจีนอย่างลึกซึ้งต่อไป

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Deepens Thai-Chinese Educational Cooperation with Official Launch of the "Silk Road Academy" Online Project

April 3, 2026 – Udon Thani Rajabhat University (UDRU) has marked another milestone in its internationalization efforts. Today, in collaboration with Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Commerce (ZJIE), Kingsoft Office (WPS), and Hanhai Ruizhi, the university successfully held the online launch ceremony for the project "Sailing the Silk Road, Embarking on Vocational Education — ZJIE-WPS (Thailand) Silk Road Academy" via a cross-border video conference.

The meeting was attended by
- Asst. Prof. Dr. Khanisara Thanyasunthornsakun, President of UDRU,
- Dr.Supatra Wanpen, Assistant to the President and Interim Dean of International College (INTC) , and the delegation from INTC,
- Mr. Nie Hua, Vice President of ZJIE,
- Mr. Chen Ji, President of Hanhai Ruizhi,
- Ms. Huang Jin, Overseas Sales Manager of WPS and heads of International Relations departments.

Conducted via Zoom with English simultaneous interpretation, the ceremony aimed to leverage multi-party synergy to meet the specific demands for high-quality technical talent in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS).

In her opening remarks, the President of UDRU emphasized that the Silk Road Academy will closely align with local talent needs and deepen international cooperation models to provide students with broader career development opportunities. Representatives from ZJIE shared their mission and expectations for "Vocational Education Going Global," while WPS showcased its overseas market plans and pledged technological support for the university’s digital education resources. Hanhai Ruizhi, the project implementer, elaborated on the construction concepts and future roadmap to ensure that the pedagogical design and implementation stay highly consistent with the practical goals of Thai-Chinese cooperation.

The conference concluded with a virtual group photo of the key leaders from all four parties, officially announcing the commencement of the "ZJIE-WPS (Thailand) Silk Road Academy" project.

This launch ceremony not only demonstrates UDRU’s leading role in regional educational cooperation but also reflects the university’s firm commitment to introducing cutting-edge international educational resources to enhance students' skills and global employability. Looking ahead, UDRU will continue to leverage its strategic position as the "Gateway to the Greater Mekong Subregion" to promote profound integration of Thai-Chinese education and culture.

เมื่อวันที่ 2 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 16.00 น. มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดี พร้อมคณะผู้บริหาร ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะและหารือความร่วมมือกับ Mr. Đinh Hoàng Linh กงสุลใหญ่สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ประจำจังหวัดขอนแก่น ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่เวียดนาม จังหวัดขอนแก่น
การเข้าพบในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีในฐานะศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง โดยได้มีการรายงานความก้าวหน้าของความร่วมมือที่ผ่านมา พร้อมทั้งหารือแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมเฉลิมฉลองวาระครบรอบ 50 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย–เวียดนาม ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม ที่จะถึงนี้
มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีได้แสดงศักยภาพในการเป็นผู้นำด้านวิชาการและวัฒนธรรม โดยเสนอและผลักดันกิจกรรมสำคัญหลากหลาย ได้แก่ การจัดตั้งห้องสมุดภาษาเวียดนามเพื่อเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ระดับนานาชาติ การลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) กับหน่วยงานพันธมิตร การจัดการแข่งขันทักษะภาษาเวียดนามเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชน รวมถึงการประกวดสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ที่สะท้อนความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นของทั้งสองประเทศ

Udon Thani Rajabhat University Strengthens Leadership in Thai–Vietnamese Relations Ahead of the 50th Anniversary Celebration

On April 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Khanisara Thanyasunthornsakun, President of the University, together with the executive team, paid an official courtesy visit to Mr. Đinh Hoàng Linh, Consul General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen, at the Consulate General of Vietnam in Khon Kaen Province.
The visit highlights the University’s strategic role as a regional hub for cooperation within the Greater Mekong Subregion. During the meeting, both parties reviewed the progress of ongoing collaborations and discussed key initiatives to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Thailand–Vietnam diplomatic relations, scheduled for August 28.
Udon Thani Rajabhat University demonstrated strong leadership in advancing academic and cultural cooperation by proposing a series of impactful initiatives. These include the establishment of a Vietnamese Language Library as an international learning resource, the signing of academic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), the organization of Vietnamese language skills competitions to enhance youth capabilities, and a media contest promoting the enduring friendship between the two nations.
In addition, the University reaffirmed its commitment to community engagement by providing academic support to Thai citizens of Vietnamese descent, aiming to strengthen community development and improve quality of life.
