กิจกรรมนี้นะคะ เป็นกิจกรรมจาก ISSI-CMU นั่นเองค่า โดยกิจกรรมนี้จะมุ่งเสริมสร้างทักษะ soft skills ต่าง ๆ ที่เราควรมีในศตวรรษที่ 21 บอกเลยว่ากิจกรรมนี้น้อง ๆ จะได้ฝึกทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและได้ทักษะติดตัวกลับไปอย่างแน่นอนค่ะ ^^

โดยเป็นกิจกรรมฟรีทุกกิจกรรม ดำเนินการโดยอาจารย์ฝรั่งจากอเมริกาและจัดที่สำนักงานมช. ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าเราไม่ได้แค่ไปเสริมสร้างทักษะ soft skills และ ภาษาอังกฤษเพียงอย่างเดียวนะคะ แต่เราอาจได้เจอเพื่อนใหม่ ๆ จากหลากหลายคณะด้วยยย

หัวข้อในแต่ละวันนี่น่าสนใจมากๆ เลยน้า ทั้ง การปรับตัวทางวัฒนธรรม การเล่าเรื่องเพื่อสร้างสายสัมพันธ์ ศิลปะแห่งเรื่องสั้นขนาดจิ๋ว: เขียนน้อยแต่ทรงพลัง ชวนดูและพูดคุยภาพยนตร์ในตำนาน Pan’s Labyrinth หรือ ผ่อนคลายกับเกม Scattergories! น่าสนใจใช่มั้ยล่าาา ถ้าสนใจสามารถลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้เลยนะคะ ชวนเพื่อนมาเยอะ ๆ ได้เลยยย

This particular event is organised by ISSI-CMU, and it focuses on building soft skills for the 21st century. Trust us, you'll gain not only practical life skills but also improve your English along the way! ^^

🔭 Cultural Excursion (NARIT)
📍 Saturday December 21st, 3pm-8pm
📍 We will meet at IRD and travel by red truck together to NARIT (Mae Rim) and return together around 8pm
❓ We will take a self guided tour through NARIT's science exhibition, then meet up in the café for dinner, a trivia game, and discussion. Night sky viewing on the observation deck will follow our discussion Full schedule posted below!
‼️ This excursion is FREE , but a 100 baht deposit is required . You will be refunded when you show up and sign in on Saturday. If you are a no show, you forfeit your 100 baht deposit.
‼️ This excursion is limited to only 25 students ! We don't know when (or if) we'll get the opportunity to go again, so don't hesitate to register!

NARIT schedule:

3pm: Arrive and sign in front of the Office of the University building / ISC (International Student Center). Deposits will be returned.
3:30pm: Leave for NARIT (Mae Rim)
4pm: Self guided tour through the exhibition rooms
5pm: Meet in the Planets Café for dinner, discussion, and trivia (prizes for winners!)
6pm: Night sky viewing on the observation deck
8pm: We will return by red trucks to ISC no later than 8pm.

Today’s excursion began with a peaceful moment at Doi Phra Chan Temple, where we prayed to the majestic Great Buddha Daibutsu. 🙏 Such a serene start to our adventure, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of this sacred place. A perfect way to reflect and begin the day with our CMU international students. 🛕✨

Next stop on our Lampang adventure: the Dhanabadee Museum! 🎨🏺

Our students got a fascinating glimpse into the history of Lampang pottery, especially the famous ‘rooster bowl.’ The best part? They got hands-on and created their own artwork, painting adorable elephant banks as unique souvenirs. Such a fun and creative experience! 🐘❤️
