📌 [ประกาศสำคัญ] เลื่อนการจัดงานประชุมวิชาการโลกมุสลิม ประจำปี 2569 (Annual Muslim World Policies Conference 2026)
ศูนย์นโยบายโลกมุสลิม คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ขอแจ้งเลื่อนการจัดงานประชุมวิชาการประจำปี ในหัวข้อ "CHINA, ASEAN AND THE MUSLIM WORLD: New Bridges of Economic, Cultural and Strategic Cooperation" จากกำหนดการเดิม วันอังคารที่ 29 กันยายน 2569 ออกไปก่อน

เนื่องจากสถานการณ์อุทกภัยในปัจจุบันที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเดินทาง คณะผู้จัดงานจึงตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยและความสะดวกในการเดินทางของคณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญ คณะทูตานุทูต วิทยากร และผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่านเป็นสำคัญ

ขณะนี้ทางศูนย์ฯ กำลังประสานงานเรื่องสถานที่และกำหนดการใหม่ โดยมีกำหนดการที่คาดว่าจะจัดขึ้นในช่วงปลายเดือนตุลาคม 2569

ทั้งนี้ ทางศูนย์ฯ จะแจ้งวันที่และรายละเอียดการจัดงานอย่างเป็นทางการให้ทุกท่านทราบอีกครั้งโดยเร็วที่สุดทางหน้าเพจนี้

📢 [IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT] Postponement of the Annual Muslim World Policies Conference 2026

The Center for Muslim World Studies (CMP), Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, regrets to announce the postponement of the Annual Muslim World Policies Conference 2026 on the theme "CHINA, ASEAN AND THE MUSLIM WORLD: New Bridges of Economic, Cultural and Strategic Cooperation," originally scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

Due to the current severe flood crisis and its widespread impact on transportation and travel safety, the organizing committee prioritizes the well-being and convenience of all our international diplomats, keynote speakers, panelists, and registered participants.

We are currently coordinating with the venue to finalize the new date, which is expected to take place in late October 2026.

An official confirmation of the rescheduled date and updated program details will be announced shortly on this page.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unavoidable postponement. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the flooding situation across the region—please stay safe!

ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์โลกมุสลิม จุฬาฯ ร่วมยินดีในงานเฉลิมฉลองวันชาติมาเลเซีย ครบรอบ 69 ปี กระชับความสัมพันธ์ไทย-มาเลเซีย

ร.ศ. ดร. มนชยา อุรุยศ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์นโยบายโลกมุสลิม คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้เข้าร่วมงานเฉลิมฉลองวันชาติมาเลเซีย ครบรอบ 69 ปี เมื่อวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2569 ตามคำเชิญของ ดาโต๊ะ วัน ไซดี บิน วัน อับดุลละฮ์ (Datuk Wan Zaidi Bin Wan Abdullah) เอกอัครราชทูตมาเลเซียประจำประเทศไทย และภริยา ณ โรงแรมแชงกรี-ลา กรุงเทพฯ การเข้าร่วมงานในครั้งนี้นอกจากจะเป็นการส่งมอบมิตรภาพและความปรารถนาดีเนื่องในวันชาติมาเลเซียแล้ว ยังเป็นโอกาสอันดีในการหารือและส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ สังคม และวัฒนธรรม ระหว่างศูนย์โลกมุสลิม จุฬาฯ กับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตมาเลเซีย เพื่อตอกย้ำความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นและยั่งยืนระหว่างสองประเทศต่อไป

Ambassador Zhang Jianwei recently hosted a briefing for members of the Thai media and academic community. The primary focus of the discussion was Prime Minister Anutin's recent visit to China. This informative session was held on July 27th, beginning at 3:00 PM, and offered valuable insights into the results and importance of the Prime Minister's diplomatic activities. The event significantly enhanced the attendees' comprehension of bilateral relations. Associate Professor Manachaya Uruyos, the director of CMP, was among those invited to participate in this event.

Courtesy Visit by Counselor Li Jijuan from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China

Assoc. Prof. Manachaya Uruyos, the Director of the Muslim World Policy at the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, had the honor of welcoming Counselor Li Jijuan for a courtesy visit and policy dialogue.

During the meeting, Counselor Li expressed her interest in exchanging views on the evolving situation in the Middle East. The discussion covered key geopolitical developments, regional economic implications, and perspectives on stability and cooperation in the Muslim world.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen academic–diplomatic engagement and to foster mutual understanding on issues of shared global concern. It also highlighted the role of academic institutions in contributing informed analysis to international policy discussions.
