🐄📢 คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย ลงพื้นที่หน่วยสัตวแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ ยกระดับสุขภาพและประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโคเนื้อในเขตลุ่มน้ำตาปี
รองศาสตราจารย์ สัตวแพทย์หญิง ดร.วิรัลฐิตา โบห์มัน พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 6 คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย ลงพื้นที่จัด หน่วยสัตวแพทย์เคลื่อนที่ ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ การป้องกันโรค การรักษา และการจัดการระบบสืบพันธุ์โคเนื้อ แก่สมาชิก เครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้เลี้ยงโคเนื้อลุ่มน้ำตาปีฉวาง อำเภอฉวาง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ในวันที่ 11 และ 18 สิงหาคม 2569

🐂 การส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค
•ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคปากและเท้าเปื่อย (Foot-and-Mouth Disease; FMD) จำนวน 27 ตัว
•ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคลัมปีสกิน (Lumpy Skin Disease; L*D) จำนวน 27 ตัว
•ถ่ายพยาธิ จำนวน 28 ตัว
•ฉีดวิตามินบำรุงร่างกาย จำนวน 28 ตัว
🩸 การเก็บตัวอย่างเพื่อตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ
•เก็บตัวอย่างเลือดโค จำนวน 3 ตัว เพื่อตรวจประเมินสุขภาพ ตรวจหาปรสิตในเลือด และคัดกรองโรคบรูเซลโลซิส (Brucellosis)
•เก็บตัวอย่างอุจจาระโค จำนวน 2 ตัว เพื่อตรวจหาปรสิตในทางเดินอาหาร
💉 การรักษาสัตว์ป่วย
•ให้การรักษาโคที่ตรวจพบโรคปรสิตในเลือด จำนวน 1 ตัว
🩺 การตรวจระบบสืบพันธุ์
•ตรวจประเมินระบบสืบพันธุ์โคแม่พันธุ์ จำนวน 5 ตัว

•เก็บตัวอย่างเลือดโค จำนวน 9 ตัว เพื่อตรวจประเมินสุขภาพ ตรวจหาปรสิตในเลือด และคัดกรองโรคบรูเซลโลซิส
•เก็บตัวอย่างอุจจาระโค จำนวน 4 ตัว เพื่อตรวจหาปรสิตในทางเดินอาหาร
💉 การรักษาสัตว์ป่วย
•ให้การรักษาโคที่ตรวจพบโรคปรสิตในเลือด จำนวน 2 ตัว
🩺 การตรวจระบบสืบพันธุ์
•ตรวจประเมินระบบสืบพันธุ์โคแม่พันธุ์ จำนวน 1 ตัว
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ “โครงการยกระดับสุขภาพและประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโคเนื้อในเขตลุ่มน้ำตาปีด้วยนวัตกรรมเพื่อความมั่นคงทางอาหารและเศรษฐกิจชุมชน” (Innovative Beef Cattle Health and Production Enhancement for Food Security and Community Prosperity in the Tapi River Basin)
ดำเนินงานภายใต้ โครงการยุวชนอาสา ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) โครงการนี้บูรณาการ การเรียนการสอนกับการบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชน ภายใต้หลักสูตรสัตวแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต ผ่านรายวิชา 12-104-614 การปฏิบัติคลินิกการสัตวแพทย์ 2 เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 6 ได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติงานจากสถานการณ์จริงในพื้นที่ ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของคณาจารย์และสัตวแพทย์
นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาทักษะสำคัญทางวิชาชีพ ทั้งด้าน การตรวจและประเมินสุขภาพสัตว์ การเก็บตัวอย่างเพื่อการวินิจฉัย การป้องกันและควบคุมโรค การรักษาสัตว์ การประเมินระบบสืบพันธุ์ ตลอดจนการสื่อสารและให้คำแนะนำแก่เกษตรกร เพื่อเสริมสร้างความพร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานทางวิชาชีพสัตวแพทย์ในอนาคต
ขณะเดียวกัน การดำเนินงานยังมุ่งส่งเสริม ระบบการดูแลสุขภาพฝูงโคเนื้ออย่างเป็นระบบ ลดความสูญเสียจากโรค เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านสุขภาพและการสืบพันธุ์ ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัย นักศึกษา และชุมชนเกษตรกร เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาการผลิตโคเนื้อ ส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาหาร และยกระดับเศรษฐกิจชุมชนในเขตลุ่มน้ำตาปีอย่างยั่งยืน 🐄🌱
Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya Conducts Mobile Veterinary Services to Enhance the Health and Production Efficiency of Beef Cattle in the Tapi River Basin
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wiruntita Bonman, DVM, together with sixth-year veterinary medicine students from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, conducted a Mobile Veterinary Unit to provide animal health services, disease prevention, treatment, and reproductive management for beef cattle belonging to members of the Tapi River Basin Chawang Beef Cattle Farmers Community Enterprise Network, Chawang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, on 11 and 18 August 2026.

🐂 Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
Administered Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccines to 27 cattle.
Administered Lumpy Skin Disease (L*D) vaccines to 27 cattle.
Dewormed 28 cattle.
Administered vitamin supplements to 28 cattle.
🩸 Sample Collection for Laboratory Examination
Collected blood samples from 3 cattle for health assessment, blood parasite examination, and Brucellosis screening.
Collected f***l samples from 2 cattle to examine for gastrointestinal parasites.
💉 Treatment of Sick Animals
Provided treatment for 1 cattle diagnosed with blood parasite infection.
🩺 Reproductive System Examination
Conducted reproductive system examinations and assessments of 5 breeding cows.

The activity was part of the project entitled “Innovative Beef Cattle Health and Production Enhancement for Food Security and Community Prosperity in the Tapi River Basin.”
The project was implemented under the Youth Volunteer Program for Fiscal Year 2026, with support from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).
The project integrates teaching and learning with academic and community outreach services under the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program, through the course 12-104-614 Veterinary Clinical Practice II. It provides sixth-year veterinary medicine students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in real-world situations in the field under the supervision of faculty members and veterinarians.
Through this field-based learning experience, students developed essential professional competencies in animal health examination and assessment, sample collection for diagnosis, disease prevention and control, animal treatment, reproductive evaluation, as well as communication and providing professional advice to farmers. These experiences help prepare students for their future careers in veterinary medicine.
At the same time, the project aims to promote a systematic herd health management approach for beef cattle, reduce losses caused by diseases, improve animal health and reproductive efficiency, and strengthen collaboration among the university, students, and farming communities. Through these collaborative efforts, the project contributes to the sustainable development of beef cattle production, promotes food security, and enhances the economic well-being of communities in the Tapi River Basin. 🐄🌱
