🌏 Academic Supervision & International Collaboration | Trat Technical College 🇹🇭🇵🇭
On 12 September 2026, Mr. Prateep Chulalert, Deputy Director of the Institute of Vocational Education: Eastern Region (IVEE), together with the IVEE delegation, visited Trat Technical College to supervise and follow up on the implementation of its Bachelor’s Degree Program.
The visit highlighted a work-integrated learning approach in which students gain professional experience in workplaces from Monday to Friday and continue their academic studies on weekends. Emphasis was placed on developing practical competencies, adaptability, teamwork, lifelong learning, and the ability to keep pace with changes in the global professional environment.
During the visit, the delegation also observed an international food innovation and culinary knowledge-sharing activity conducted through the collaboration between Trat Technical College and Pampanga State University (PSU), Philippines. The activity showcased the development and further enhancement of innovative food products, reflecting the integration of culinary heritage, research, cultural exchange, and contemporary product development. The supporting academic material particularly demonstrates the development of Morcon Manok de Tamales, Selamat, and Cookies de Trat-Honorio, with the latter representing a Thai–Philippine culinary fusion and institutional collaboration.

การนิเทศติดตามการจัดการศึกษา สู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ
เมื่อวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2569 ท่านประทีป จุฬาเลิศ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออก (Institute of Vocational Education: Eastern Region – IVEE) พร้อมคณะ เข้านิเทศติดตามการจัดการเรียนการสอน ระดับปริญญาตรี ณ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคตราด จังหวัดตราด
การนิเทศครั้งนี้มุ่งติดตามการจัดการศึกษาที่เชื่อมโยงการเรียนรู้กับการปฏิบัติงานจริง โดยนักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการ วันจันทร์–ศุกร์ และเข้าศึกษาในวันเสาร์–อาทิตย์ เพื่อพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้มีทั้งความรู้ ทักษะวิชาชีพ การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การปรับตัว และการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้สามารถก้าวทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกและอุตสาหกรรมบริการในอนาคต
ในโอกาสเดียวกัน คณะได้เข้าเยี่ยมชม กิจกรรมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมด้านอาหารระดับนานาชาติ ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่าง วิทยาลัยเทคนิคตราด และ Pampanga State University (PSU), Philippines ซึ่งสะท้อนการนำองค์ความรู้ด้านอาหาร วัฒนธรรม งานวิจัย และความคิดสร้างสรรค์มาพัฒนาและต่อยอดสู่ผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัย โดยมีผลงานสำคัญ ได้แก่ Morcon Manok de Tamales, Selamat และ Cookies de Trat-Honorio ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมอาหารระหว่างไทยและฟิลิปปินส์

การนิเทศและเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้จึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งพื้นที่สำคัญของการ รับฟัง แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็น และข้อเสนอแนะอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ควบคู่กับการยกระดับความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมในระดับนานาชาติอย่างต่อเนื่อง
