แม้วันนี้จะเป็นเพียง วันแรกของการฝึกประสบการณ์ ณ Sylvan Koh Chang แต่เราสัมผัสได้ถึงความตั้งใจ ความกระตือรือร้น และความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้ของพวกคุณ ทุกก้าวเล็ก ๆ ในวันนี้ คือจุดเริ่มต้นของการพัฒนาทักษะด้าน การบริการ ภาษา และวัฒนธรรม ผ่านประสบการณ์จริง

🌏✈️ การเดินทางมาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในต่างประเทศ ไม่ได้มีเพียงเรื่องของ ทักษะการบริการ ภาษา และวัฒนธรรม เท่านั้น แต่สิ่งสำคัญไม่แพ้กัน คือ ความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้เรียนตลอดระยะเวลาที่อยู่กับเรา

🏠🔍 ก่อนเริ่มต้นการฝึกประสบการณ์จริง ณ Sylvan Koh Chang คณะครูได้ร่วมตรวจสอบที่พักของนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน ทั้งสภาพห้องพัก บริเวณโดยรอบ และความเป็นอยู่ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่านักศึกษาจะมีพื้นที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสมและปลอดภัย

ภาษาไม่ใช่อุปสรรค เมื่อเราเปิดใจเรียนรู้ไปด้วยกัน

อีกหนึ่งบรรยากาศแห่งความสุขในห้องเรียนสาขาวิชาการโรงแรม เมื่อ นักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนจากประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ร่วมเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยเบื้องต้น ท่ามกลางรอยยิ้ม เสียงหัวเราะ และมิตรภาพกับเพื่อน ๆ นักเรียนไทย 🇹🇭🤝🇵🇭

เราเชื่อว่า ห้องเรียนที่ดี ไม่ได้สร้างเพียงความรู้ แต่ต้องสร้างความสุขและโอกาสให้กับผู้เรียนด้วย

🇹🇭🇵🇭 FROM COLLABORATION TO CONNECTION — PROUD TO BE PART OF THIS JOURNEY
Trat Technical College × Pampanga State University

🇹🇭🇵🇭 The Hotel Department of Trat Technical College is proud to play a key role in strengthening international collaboration between Trat Technical College, Thailand, and Pampanga State University, Philippines. What began as an institutional partnership has grown into meaningful opportunities for teachers and students to learn, share, and gain valuable international experiences together.

🇹🇭🇵🇭 For us, international collaboration goes far beyond the signing of an agreement. It is about turning collaboration into real opportunities through Teacher and Student Exchange Programs, professional and cultural experiences, language development, and hospitality education. Our teachers and students have had opportunities to learn and gain experience in the Philippines, while teachers and students from Pampanga State University have also been warmly welcomed to Trat Technical College.

🇹🇭🇵🇭 Led by Mr. Chairat Changchuang, Head of the Hotel Department, together with the teachers and students of the department, we recognize the importance of international collaboration in preparing vocational students for an increasingly global hospitality and tourism industry. The Hotel Department has therefore been actively involved in coordinating, preparing, supporting, and welcoming our international partners throughout this journey.

🇹🇭🇵🇭 The Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between Trat Technical College and Pampanga State University on 18 August 2026 marked another significant milestone in our shared journey. More than a formal agreement, the MOU represents mutual trust, commitment, and a shared vision to create meaningful educational opportunities for teachers and students of both institutions.

🇹🇭🇵🇭 We are especially proud that the Hotel Department has not only participated in this international collaboration, but has also been one of the driving forces behind its activities and exchange programs — from coordination and preparation to welcoming our international guests and supporting teachers and students throughout their exchange experiences.

🇹🇭🇵🇭 สำหรับสาขาวิชาการโรงแรม “ความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ” ไม่ได้สิ้นสุดเพียงการลงนามในข้อตกลง แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือ การเปลี่ยนความร่วมมือให้กลายเป็นโอกาสที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ผ่านโครงการครูแลกเปลี่ยนและนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยน การพัฒนาทักษะภาษา การแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนประสบการณ์ด้านวิชาชีพการโรงแรมและการบริการ โดยครูและนักเรียนของเราได้มีโอกาสเดินทางไปเรียนรู้และเก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ ณ สาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ ขณะเดียวกันเราก็ได้มีโอกาสต้อนรับครูและนักเรียนจาก Pampanga State University สู่ครอบครัววิทยาลัยเทคนิคตราด

🇹🇭🇵🇭 โดย ครูชัยรัตน์ ช่างเชื่อง หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาการโรงแรม พร้อมด้วยคณะครูและนักเรียน นักศึกษาในสาขาวิชา ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเปิดโลกการเรียนรู้สู่ระดับนานาชาติ โดยเฉพาะสำหรับผู้เรียนในสายวิชาชีพการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งต้องเติบโตท่ามกลางความหลากหลายของภาษา วัฒนธรรม และผู้คนจากทั่วโลก สาขาวิชาฯ จึงร่วมเป็นกำลังสำคัญทั้งด้านการประสานงาน การเตรียมความพร้อม การดำเนินโครงการ และการต้อนรับคณะจากมหาวิทยาลัยพันธมิตร

🇹🇭🇵🇭 พิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ระหว่างวิทยาลัยเทคนิคตราด และ Pampanga State University เมื่อวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 จึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งหมุดหมายสำคัญบนเส้นทางความร่วมมือของสองสถาบัน ไม่ใช่เพียงพิธีการหรือเอกสารความร่วมมือ แต่คือภาพสะท้อนของความไว้วางใจ ความตั้งใจ และวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกันในการสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้แก่ครูและผู้เรียนของทั้งสองประเทศ

🇹🇭🇵🇭 สิ่งที่สาขาวิชาการโรงแรมภาคภูมิใจ คือเราไม่ได้เป็นเพียงส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ แต่ได้มีโอกาสเป็น หนึ่งในกำลังขับเคลื่อนสำคัญของกิจกรรมและโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างประเทศ ตั้งแต่การประสานงาน การเตรียมความพร้อม การดูแลครูและนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยน ตลอดจนการต้อนรับแขกจากต่างประเทศให้ได้รับทั้งความประทับใจและประสบการณ์ที่ดีจากวิทยาลัยเทคนิคตราด

🇹🇭🇵🇭 สองประเทศ สองสถาบัน กับหนึ่งเป้าหมายร่วมกัน
จากประเทศไทยสู่ฟิลิปปินส์ และจากฟิลิปปินส์สู่ประเทศไทย เราจะยังคงแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ เรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน และเติบโตไปด้วยกัน

ชื่นชมนักเรียน นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการโรงแรม กับอีกหนึ่งโอกาสในการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียน ได้ฝึกทั้ง บุคลิกภาพ การยืน การเดิน การวางตัว การแต่งกาย และมารยาทในการให้บริการ ผ่านการปฏิบัติงานจริง

ในครั้งนี้ผู้เรียนได้ร่วมบริการ อาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่ม แก่ผู้บริหาร คณะครู และแขกผู้เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) พร้อมร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ครูและนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนจาก Pampanga State University สาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์

งานบริการเริ่มต้นจากรายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ — รอยยิ้ม การยืนอย่างสง่างาม การแต่งกายเรียบร้อย การพูดจาสุภาพ และความใส่ใจต่อผู้รับบริการ สิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นในวันเดียว แต่ค่อย ๆ พัฒนาจาก การฝึกฝนและประสบการณ์จริง

We are pleased to see our Hotel Department students gaining valuable experience beyond the classroom, developing their personality, posture, confidence, professional appearance, and service etiquette through real-life practice.

On this special occasion, our students provided refreshments and beverage service for executives, teachers, and guests attending the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony, while also warmly welcoming the exchange teacher and exchange students from Pampanga State University, Philippines.

Hospitality begins with the little details — a warm smile, good posture, proper grooming, polite communication, and genuine attentiveness to guests. These qualities grow naturally through practice and real experience.

The more they practice, the more confident they become.
The more experience they gain, the more they grow. 💙
