🌏✨ Throwback to the UBU International Language & Culture Camp 2026!

Let’s look back on a memorable week of language learning, cultural discovery, and international friendship at the UBU International Language & Culture Camp 2026, held at Ubon Ratchathani University from 25 to 31 July 2026.

Organized by the Division of International Affairs, the program brought together *18 international students from five higher education institutions across three countries:

🇨🇳 People’s Republic of China
Shenyang Institute of Technology
Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University

🇻🇳 Socialist Republic of Vietnam
Hanoi University
Hue University of Foreign Languages and International Studies

🇮🇳 Republic of India
Nalanda University

The international participants were joined by 🇹🇭 17 UBU student representatives from nine faculties and colleges:
Faculty of Agriculture
Faculty of Law
College of Medicine and Public Health
Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences
Faculty of Applied Arts and Architecture
Faculty of Engineering
Business School
Faculty of Liberal Arts
Faculty of Education

The opening ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kriangsak Kaewkulchai, Vice President for Administration, who warmly welcomed all international participants and UBU students. Asst. Prof. Dr. Oranuch Puangsuk, Assistant to the President for International Relations and Education, presented an overview of the program’s objectives and participating institutions.

Throughout the week, participants learned about Thai language and culture, exchanged ideas in a multicultural environment, and discovered the distinctive charm of Ubon Ratchathani and the surrounding region. Most importantly, they formed meaningful friendships and created lasting memories beyond the classroom.

The camp reflected UBU’s continued commitment to strengthening international networks, promoting mutual understanding, and enhancing the university’s global profile. We hope that participants will carry these valuable experiences forward and continue serving as “Cultural Ambassadors” who connect people and cultures across borders.

Our sincere appreciation goes to all international participants, UBU student representatives, lecturers, staff members, and everyone who contributed to the success of UBU LCC 2026. Thank you for making the program such a meaningful and memorable experience. We hope to welcome you back to UBU again in the future! 🇹🇭💙
