Searching for a loving and organized nanny who is familiar with Montessori for a 4-month-old boy. The family is also open to other approaches such as Waldorf, Reggio, RIE, gentle-parenting. The family value the Montessori environment and desires someone who can create a similar space that encourages the child's development in a respectful way.
Someone with child-development training is welcomed.
Spanish-speaker a bonus.
Live-in (own bedroom/bathroom)
*Option 1: Full-time, M-F (50 hours per week)
Occasional evening/weekend care.

Duties:
Providing a nurturing, child-led day for the boy. All nursery duties. Mom is breastfeeding. The family lives a chemical-free and organic foods lifestyle. So someone who values this would be perfect. Light household tasks. The family would love a nanny who is happy to take the initiative to do a task they can see that needs doing.
Occasional travel involved. The family may also move away from the East Coast and would be happy for the nanny to move with them if she wished.

Searching for an in-home educator for 3 children ages 7, 5, and 3-years of age. The children have all been attending the local Montessori school. However, due to COVID, the family has decided to homeschool. The family will be emulating the Montessori environment within the home. Someone who is Montessori trained would be ideal. However, a person with an educational background is also appreciated. The family is open to other alternative teaching styles, such as Waldorf and Reggio Emilia.
