In case you are wondering, international students who have already graduated can stay in Turkey until their student residence permit expire date. After expire, u should leave the country. But If you are planning to stay for longer time (for job or education) you will need to apply online for an appointment to get turistic resident card.

click on "Application for resident permit for the first time" / "I would like to lodge a new application"
and following page make the choice of your status as graduates of higher education.
