Providing modern and advanced academic and professional programs with high quality that keep abreast of the various developments at the scientific and technical level, as well as keeping abreast of the various changes at the social and security level.
The aim is to graduate cadres capable of direct integration into the labor market and to assume responsibility in all institutions concerned, Or a professional at specialization in the field of criminal sciences as an urgent necessity, and discuss all the consequences of domestic and international penal laws to meet the requirements of societies in the field of specialization in this field in the legal sciences.
The local and international police, the judiciary, international law, researchers and experts in criminal science at the local, regional and international levels who are interested in prosecuting crimes that harm the interests of society both internally and internationally, war crimes, ethnic cleansing genocide and crimes against humanity.

Program Structure:
Duration of study:
1.The duration of the study to obtain the degree of leave in the rights of all disciplines four years of study for the recipients on the basis of the secondary certificate and three years for the recipients of the program of promotion according to the Institute and specialization.
2.The student is allowed to study for a maximum of 8 years for the secondary certificate holders and 6 years for the certificate holders of the intermediate institutes.
3.The academic year shall be divided into two separate classes. The University Council shall determine the date of beginning and ending of the study and the dates of the examinations according to the university calendar.
The total number of courses plus the English language program (five levels) is linked to the specialization.
Minimum number of courses per semester 3 courses.
Maximum number of courses per semester decisions 10.

Conditions of success, graduation and assessment: The score for each course is 100 degrees.1
2.The student is considered successful in the course if he obtains a final result greater than or equal to 50% of the higher grade of the course.
3. If a student succeeds in a course and receives an exam mark higher than 90% of the total mark, the university has the right to check the level of the student through an oral interview or a written exam, and to confirm his success in the course or to announce his absence if he is not at the required level.
4.In the case of failure of the student in the course, he must return it with his examinations, and with full reimbursement.
5.The final grade for each course shall be distributed as follows:

Overall Graduation Rate:
The rates of the courses in which the student succeeds for the four years are divided by the total number of courses and the general average is extracted.
