Most fighters fear the unknown — and nothing throws them off more than facing a Southpaw.
In striking, a Southpaw is a fighter who leads with their right side forward — right foot, right hand — and keeps the left hand loaded in the rear.
It’s a mirror stance to the more common Orthodox style and because 90% of fighters train and spar against Orthodox opponents, they’re uncomfortable, unprepared, and easily broken when they come up against a skilled Southpaw.
