On Oct 7th, Prof. John Yeow from University of Waterloo, Canada visited us and gave an impressive talk. This talk focused on a highly sensitive capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducer (CMUT) based resonant gravimetric humidity sensor using graphene oxide as the sensing material.
