｜學生會長需要做什麼？｜
會長即是行政中心的首長。作為行政權代表，行政中心負責為同學舉辦各項活動、經營社群媒體與資訊平台、學權個案處理等事項。其產生方式由學生直選產生。
｜學生議員需要做什麼？｜
學生議員是學生議會的成員，由同學們直選產生。學生議會有兩個面向：
1. 作為學生會的立法權代表，議會負責對行政中心行使監督權。在行政中心提出預算、舉辦活動時，議員們會負責審理預算，並對執行過程進行監督。
2. 議會也作為向校方各級會議推派會議學生代表的機構，負責出列席各項會議，向學校反映各項意見。
｜學生代表需要做什麼？｜
廣義的學生代表指涉的是，由學生會推派出列席校方各級會議的學生代表。而狹義的學生代表則指涉由同學直選產生，具備優先擔任學生代表資格的同學。通常廣義的學生代表除了狹義的學生代表以外也包含學生議員。本次選舉所選出的學生代表，乃是指狹義的學生代表。

〔任期與名額〕
學生會長、學生議員與學生代表任期均為一年：
1. 學生會長：1名，任期115-1~115-2。

〔資格與義務〕
選舉人資格：凡擁有本校學籍之學生皆有選舉權。
候選人資格：擁有本校學籍之學生得依國立清華大學學生會選舉罷免法登記成為候選人。持雙重學籍者，應於登記參選時放棄其他學籍之參選機會。
候選人義務：申請登記候選人應繕具本會規定之表件，於規定時間內向本會辦理。若申請不合要式，本會得駁回並命其補正。 申請合於要式者，於選舉公報公布後不得撤回登記申請。
〔規劃選務及日程〕
｜登記參選｜2026 年 4 月 22 日 20 時至 2026 年 5 月 6 日 23 時 59 分。
有意參選之候選人得於學生會發佈之表單登記，並附上學生證正反雙面之圖檔以及政見。
｜選舉公報公布｜2026 年 5 月11 日 20 時。
｜政見發表會｜訂於 2026 年 5 月 14 日 20 時，線上舉行。
｜投票日期｜2026 年 5 月 20 日中午12時至 5 月 22 日中午12時，採線上投票。
｜開票公布｜2026 年 5 月 23 日 20 時，於本會粉絲專頁公布選舉結果。

｜What is the Student Council President?｜
Head of the Executive Center, representing executive power. The Center organizes student activities, manages social media and info platforms, and handles student rights cases. It is elected by students.
｜What are the responsibilities of student councilors?｜
Student councilors are members of the Student Council elected directly by students. The Student Council has two main responsibilities:
1. As representatives of the Student Union's legislative authority, the council oversees the Executive Center. When budgets are proposed or events are organized by the Executive Center, councilors are responsible for reviewing budgets and supervising the ex*****on process.
2. The council also serves as the representatives to various levels of meetings with the school administration, responsible for attending these meetings and conveying student opinions.
｜What do student representatives do?｜
In a broad sense, student representatives are those appointed by the Student Union to attend meetings at various levels of the school administration. In a more narrow sense, student representatives are elected directly by students and have priority for serving as representatives. Broadly, student representatives include not only narrowly-defined student representatives but also student councilors. The student representatives elected in this election refer to narrowly-defined student representatives.

Terms of the student council president, student councilors, and student representatives are all one year.

〔Qualifications and Obligations〕
1. Qualifications of Voters: All students enrolled at the university have the right to vote.
2. Qualifications of Candidates: Students enrolled at the university may register as candidates according to the National Tsing Hua University Student Union Election and Recall Act. Those holding dual enrollment should relinquish the opportunity to run for candidacy in other institutions upon registration.
3. Candidate Obligations: Applicants for candidate registration should submit the required documents to the council within the specified time. Applications that do not fulfill the required format may be rejected, and applicants will be required to make corrections. Once an application is confirmed to have the correct format, it cannot be withdrawn after the election bulletin is published.

Interested candidates may register using the form provided by the Student Council, attaching scanned copies of both sides of their student ID and their campaign.

｜Voting Period｜From noon on May 20, 2026, to noon on May 22, 2026, online voting will be conducted.
