可愛的夫妻蒞臨後山蕨起，展開一場充滿在地風味的山蘇體驗。

從親手採集山蘇開始，認識山蘇的生長環境與在地故事，接著一起動手炒山蘇，品嚐最貼近土地的滋味。最後親手製作山蘇珍珠，將山林的記憶化作一份獨特的體驗。

體驗結束後，漫步遊園，欣賞後山的自然風景，聆聽屬於這片土地的故事。

Welcome to Houshan Jueqi!

A lovely couple joined us for a special local experience centered around mountain fern.

Their journey began with personally harvesting mountain fern and learning about its origins, growing environment, and the stories behind this local ingredient. They then enjoyed preparing and stir-frying the mountain fern before creating our unique Mountain Fern Pearls together.

After the hands-on experience, they explored the park, took in the beautiful scenery of Houshan, and listened to stories from the local community.

Both adults and children had a fantastic time trying their hand at archery, with plenty of excitement and laughter along the way!
From exploring the gardens and savoring local cuisine to enjoying the fun and excitement of archery, we hope everyone takes home not only beautiful photos, but also unforgettable memories of their time in Hualien.

歡迎來自台北的小家庭蒞臨後山蕨起~
今天走進園區，展開一場充滿土地滋味與手作樂趣的食農體驗。
從親手製作香蕉飯、走進山蘇園採收新鮮山蘇，到運用山蘇、紅藜與薑黃製作繽紛的三色珍珠，每一個過程都讓大家更認識在地農產，也感受從土地到餐桌的樂趣。
體驗結束後，再一起享用充滿部落特色的風味餐，用味蕾感受屬於後山的日常與文化。

🌿 Welcome to a lovely family from Taipei visiting Houshan Jueqi!

Today, the family joined us for a hands-on food and agriculture experience filled with local flavors, culture, and fun.

They made traditional banana rice, harvested fresh bird’s nest fern in the field, and created colorful three-flavor pearls using bird’s nest fern, red quinoa, and turmeric. Through each activity, they learned more about local agricultural products and experienced the journey from the land to the table.

After the activities, the family enjoyed our Indigenous-style local meal and discovered more of the everyday flavors and food culture of the community.

Thank you for spending this wonderful time with us, creating, tasting, and sharing beautiful travel memories together. We look forward to welcoming you back to Houshan Jueqi again! 🌱

🌿 Welcome to a lovely family of four from Taipei visiting Houshan Jueqi!
Today, we welcomed a family of four from Taipei for a hands-on food and agriculture experience centered on bird’s nest fern.
From harvesting fresh ferns in the field and cooking their own dishes to making our signature bird’s nest fern pearls, the family explored local agriculture and Indigenous food culture through a series of farm-to-table activities.
During the guided tour, they also discovered the stories of Jiamin Village and Truku culture. Along the way, we exchanged local stories and travel experiences, making the visit even more meaningful and memorable.
