今日很榮幸接待來自三棧國小的教師團隊蒞臨後山蕨起，展開一場認識太魯閣族獵人文化的深度交流之旅。

活動首先透過文化解說，帶領大家認識太魯閣族傳統獵人的生活智慧、山林倫理以及與自然共存的價值觀。從獵人文化的傳承故事中，深入了解族人如何與土地建立緊密連結。

接著進行傳統弓箭體驗，親身感受獵人文化中重要的技能與精神，在一次次拉弓瞄準的過程中，體會專注、耐心與尊重自然的重要意義。

隨後由園區導覽人員帶領進行遊園導覽，介紹園區特色景點、佳民村歷史脈絡及部落文化故事，讓參與教師們對地方文化與社區發展有更深入的認識。

活動結束前，教師們也帶著後山蕨起精心準備的特色便當返程，將部落的風味與溫暖一同帶回，為今日的文化體驗畫下美好的句點。

Activity Record | Cultural Experience for Teachers from Sanzhan Elementary School

Today, we were honored to welcome teachers from Sanzhan Elementary School to Houshan Jueqi for an immersive introduction to Truku hunting culture.

The experience began with a cultural interpretation session, where participants learned about the traditional lifestyle, ecological knowledge, and values of Truku hunters. Through stories and cultural insights, the teachers gained a deeper appreciation of the close relationship between indigenous people and their natural environment.

The group then took part in a traditional archery experience, allowing them to personally engage with an important aspect of Truku culture. Through hands-on practice, participants experienced the focus, patience, and respect for nature that are central to the hunter's spirit.

A guided tour of the park followed, introducing the history of Jiamin Village, local cultural stories, and the unique features of the surrounding landscape. The tour provided valuable insights into community development and indigenous heritage.

Before departing, the teachers also took home specially prepared lunch boxes featuring local flavors, bringing a taste of the community with them as a memorable conclusion to the day's visit.

We sincerely thank the teachers from Sanzhan Elementary School for joining us and look forward to future opportunities to promote cultural education and share the beauty of indigenous culture with more people.

感謝世新大學校友會蒞臨後山蕨起

來自四方八方、各自在不同領域發光發熱的世新大學校友們，今日相聚在後山蕨起這片舒適的園區。
原本，也許只是單純因為校友之間的相聚而來，沒有帶著太多期待；但當大家真正走進這片土地，聽見青年們真誠的解說，親自體驗弓箭與織卡，品嚐一桌吃得很飽、卻還想繼續吃的風味料理時，我們相信，大家都感受到了後山蕨起想傳遞的用心與溫度。
最感動的是，活動還沒結束，就有校友們開始詢問家族預約，願意帶著更多親友再次回到這裡。這份支持，不只是對後山蕨起的肯定，更是對在地創生、青年努力與部落文化傳承最溫暖的鼓勵。

Thank You to the Shih Hsin University Alumni Association for Visiting Houshan Jueqi

Coming from different places and shining in their own fields, the alumni of Shih Hsin University gathered today at the peaceful and welcoming grounds of Houshan Jueqi.
At first, perhaps everyone came simply for a reunion with fellow alumni, without carrying too many expectations. But once you truly stepped onto this land, listened to the sincere stories shared by our young guides, experienced archery and weaving card activities, and enjoyed a table full of flavorful dishes that left everyone full yet still wanting more, we believe you all felt the care and warmth that Houshan Jueqi hopes to share.
What touched us the most was that before the event even ended, some alumni had already begun asking about family reservations, hoping to bring more relatives and friends back here again. This support is not only an affirmation of Houshan Jueqi, but also the warmest encouragement for local revitalization, youth efforts, and the passing on of Indigenous culture.
Thank you to the Shih Hsin University Alumni Association for choosing to spend this meaningful gathering with Houshan Jueqi. We are also deeply grateful to every alumnus for supporting this land through your actions. We look forward to meeting you again among the mountains and forests.

也許是多年未見的朋友，也許是平時只在網路上交流的緣分，今天許小姐特別帶著姐姐一同前來，尋找後山蕨起創辦人的足跡，也在這片山林裡，感受土地帶來的祝福。
一桌佳餚、一段故事、一份真誠的接待，讓彼此在輕鬆舒適的氛圍中慢慢靠近。謝謝妳們把時間留給後山蕨起，也願這趟旅程，成為心裡值得收藏的美好回憶。

A comfortable season is the perfect time for a family to go out and enjoy a journey together.

Traveling all the way from western Taiwan to Hualien and stepping into Houshan Jueqi, this was more than just a trip — it felt like a long-awaited reunion.
Perhaps it was a friendship after many years apart, or a connection that had only been nurtured through online conversations. Today, Ms. Hsu brought her sister here to visit and seek the footsteps of the founder of Houshan Jueqi, while also feeling the blessings carried by this land and mountain.
A table of heartfelt dishes, a meaningful story, and sincere hospitality allowed everyone to grow closer in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for sharing your time with Houshan Jueqi. May this journey become a beautiful memory worth keeping in your hearts.

在後山蕨起，遇見文化，也遇見土地的味道~~

來自不同縣市的朋友們，相約來到後山蕨起，一起認識在地文化，也走進山蘇系列食農體驗。
從聽著解說員分享土地與部落的故事，到親手走進山蘇園採收，每一個環節都讓人留下深刻的感受。原本只是單純想體驗一種顏色的山蘇珍珠，沒想到因為兩位朋友的巧妙搭配，最後呈現出紅、黃、綠三種色彩。
山蘇、紅藜、薑黃，各有不同風味，吃起來也各自精彩。
這不只是一場體驗，更像是一段與土地、文化和朋友相遇的美好旅程。
只能說，這樣的組合——真的絕配。

At Hou Shan Jue Qi, we discovered not only culture, but also the true flavors of the land.

Friends from different cities gathered together at Hou Shan Jue Qi to explore local culture and experience a unique food and farming activity centered around mountain vegetables (shan su).
From listening to the guide share stories about the land and the Indigenous community, to personally harvesting fresh shan su in the garden, every part of the journey left a deep impression on us. At first, we simply wanted to try making pearls in a single color, but thanks to the creative ideas of two friends, the final result became a beautiful combination of red, yellow, and green.
Shan su, red quinoa, and turmeric each brought their own unique flavors and character, making every bite wonderfully special.
This was more than just an activity — it felt like a beautiful journey of connecting with the land, culture, and friendship.
All we can say is: this combination was truly perfect.

🌿縣政府農業處的三位美女，走進後山蕨起🌿

今天很開心接待來自縣政府農業處的三位美女蒞臨後山蕨起。

旅程從一桌充滿在地風味的午餐開始，品嚐山蘇、雨來菇等部落特色料理，感受土地帶來的自然滋味。接著換上太魯閣族族服，認識服飾背後的文化意義與故事。

午後，我們一起走進山蘇園，親手採收新鮮山蘇，最後再進行山蘇珍珠 DIY，從食材、文化到手作體驗，完整感受後山蕨起的溫度與特色。

🌿 Three lovely guests from the County Government Agriculture Department visited Houshan Jueqi 🌿

Today, we were delighted to welcome three lovely guests from the County Government Agriculture Department to Houshan Jueqi.

Their journey began with a local-style lunch featuring tribal flavors such as shan-su fern and Nostoc, allowing them to enjoy the natural tastes of the land. They then dressed in traditional Truku attire and learned about the cultural meanings and stories behind the clothing.

In the afternoon, we walked into the shan-su fern garden to harvest fresh ferns by hand, followed by a Shan-su Pearl DIY experience. From food and culture to hands-on activities, the visit offered a meaningful glimpse into the warmth and uniqueness of Houshan Jueqi.

Today, we welcomed a couple from Macau to experience our Truku-style indigenous meal.

一家人的山蘇小旅行🌿

今天來到【後山蕨起】的，是一組可愛的一家人，
一起走進園區，體驗山蘇一系列的在地行程。

從認識山蘇開始，親自走入山蘇園採收，
再把新鮮山蘇帶到料理桌上，動手拌炒出屬於自己的在地風味。
接著進行山蘇珍珠DIY，從打汁、揉粉到搓成一顆顆小珍珠，
每一步都充滿互動與笑聲。

最後，我們帶著大家漫步園區，
透過導覽認識後山蕨起的故事、土地的溫度，
也更了解這片場域背後所承載的文化與生活。

願今天的體驗，不只是一次遊玩，
更是一段與土地、食材和文化相遇的美好回憶🌿

A Family Shan-Su Experience at Houshan Jueqi 🌿

Today, we welcomed a lovely family to Houshan Jueqi for a hands-on Shan-Su experience.

The journey began with an introduction to Shan-Su, followed by a visit to our fern garden where everyone had the chance to harvest it themselves. After that, they brought the freshly picked Shan-Su to the cooking table and stir-fried it into a flavorful local dish.

Next came the Shan-Su Pearl DIY activity. From blending the Shan-Su into juice, mixing it with flour, to rolling each pearl by hand, every step was filled with laughter, interaction, and shared memories.

To end the experience, we took the family on a guided walk around the park, introducing the story of Houshan Jueqi, the warmth of this land, and the culture and lifestyle behind this special place.

Thank you to this wonderful family for visiting us.
May today’s experience be more than just a day of fun, but a beautiful memory of connecting with the land, local ingredients, and culture. 🌿
