All the students need to submit the service learning volunteers sheet of December 2025- March 2026.
The volunteers hours sheets need to be classified.
Example:
One per month and one team on the sheets, do not put all the months and teams in one sheets.
I know there are a lot of students in different teams so pls remind them to differentiate it properly on the sheet or I will not accept it. The paper submission deadline is on 2026/4/10.
🔺 Volunteer Hours Open for Inquiry:
📅 Period: April 20-24 .
OICA will announce the volunteer hours you submitted. During this period, you may review and modify your volunteer hours (The hours from December 2025 to March 2026).
⚠️ Deadline: After April 24, 2026, at 5 PM, no further modifications will be accepted.

請仔細確認時數是否有問題，"紙本繳交"那欄如是"打勾"代表國際處有收到你完整志工時數表，如是"空白"代表沒有收到完整志工時數表(請特別注意沒有補交時數表的人，2025/6-2025/11時數將歸零不採計。)。

2. 體檢的同學請於12:00在國際處集合搭醫學院專車，請絕對不要遲到。
3. 檢查當日會幫各位申請公假，也請先口頭知會老師一聲以表禮貌。
4. 檢查日期可至國際及兩岸事務處前的佈告欄查詢或是查詢國際處Facebook。健檢當天會發放健康檢查白卡給大家。
此項健康檢查依規定大學新生必須要做的，如果體檢當天無法前往的同學，請之後自行前往醫院辦理健康檢查。

114-1 Medical check-up for International Freshmen second batch (28 Nov to 11 Dec)
For International Freshmen~ Remind you to bring your passport(or ARC if you have one), student card, 550NT(school medical check-up fee).
1. The medical check-up will be held from November 28 to December 11, afternoon section 12:00~17:00, at EDA hospital.
2. We will take the bus together at the bus stop in front of IC building and take the bus back from hospital after the health check.
3. The departure time for afternoon shift is 12:00 PM at OICA, and the returning bus around 5:00 PM . DON’T BE LATE!!
4. Remind you to bring your passport(or ARC if you have), student card, 550NT(medical check-up fee).
5. The medical check-up is required by Ministry of Education for every college freshman, thus we will apply an official leave for your classes.
For your medical check-up date, please check OICA Facebook or come by our office to look into the announcement on bulletin board at OICA.
**The volunteers will give a Student Health Check Cards(White Card) to you on the day.**
If you do not show up on the day, you have to go to do the medical check-up on your own. Thanks.
Once again, please wear a mask when taking the shuttle bus and in the hospital.

**如有下修非畢業班課程的同學，畢業證書要等到全部成績公布後。
畢業生離校程序
A. 畢業生離校查詢 (應用資訊系統內)
1. 系所-系所先審核畢業資格，是否完成系所規定 (碩士生則加註指導教授審核)
2. 圖書館-是否有借書欠費 (碩士生必須上傳論文並繳交紙本論文)
3. 住宿組-是否有欠費 (可以線上繳費)
4. 出納組-是否有欠費 (可以線上繳費)
5. 職涯發展中心-填畢業問卷 (系統裡填寫)
6. 保管組-是否借用學士服
若上述項目都完成，系統裡會顯示完成 “離校審核”，就可以到註冊組領取畢業證書。
B. 親自領取畢業證書、委託代領或由教務處代寄 (應用資訊系統內新增選項)

📍 If you’re taking courses other than Senior course, your diploma will not be ready until all grades are out.

Graduation Procedure ：
A. Results of Application for Graduation (In the Information System)

✏️ Step 1. Department- Review your graduation qualification according to each department’s regulations (for Master’s students, extra step includes supervisor review).

✏️ Step 2. Library- Check if you have unreturned books or fines due (Master’s students shall upload your thesis and submit a printed copy.)

✏️ Step 3. Dormitory Section- Check if you have outstanding balance (Online Payment is available)

✏️ Step 4. Cashier Section- Check if you have outstanding balance (Online Payment is available)

✏️ Step 5. Career Development Center- Fill in the questionnaire (Complete it in information system)

✏️ Step 6. Property Management Section- Check if you’ve returned the graduation gown.

(好棒)If you’ve finished everything mentioned above, the school system will show that you’ve accomplished the school check-out procedure, after that you could receive your certificate at the Registration Section.

B. Diploma collection
You could pick it up in person, authorize someone, or request a mail deliver by Office of Academic Affairs (a new option in Information System)

D. Apply for tax refund. (If you had part-time job and hadn’t completed the tax refund).

E. If you’ll stay and work in Taiwan, bring along your Graduation certificate to National Immigration Agency and renew your ARC for 12 months.
