國立臺灣海洋大學學生議會，為學生自治會之
立法與監察機關，定期審查學生會之預算案與

國立臺灣海洋大學學生議會，為學生自治會之立法與監察機關，定期審查學生會之預算案與法律案，並監督其運作。學生議會作為校內層級最高的民意機關，議員由各系所選舉產生，出席校內各項重要會議，反映學生需求，研擬相關提案。學生議會同時享有校務參與的權利，並積極推動校園議題，關注校園結構的變遷，與社會脈動對於校園生活的影響，以保障學生權利。

NTOU Student Parliament is the legislative and control institution of Student Association. Its job is to regularly examine the budget cases and law cases of Student Association, while simultaneously supervise its functioning. Student

Council is the highest institution for students’ opinions at school. Its members, the councilors, are elected by students from each department. They are responsible for attending crucial meetings at school, expressing students’ opinions, and making law cases. They also have the right to attend school affairs, promote school issues, and concern about the changes of school constructions and its influence to school lives, in order to protect students’ rights.
