中正大學教務處舉辦113學年度第2學期優良課程表揚暨教學交流會 124位教師獲肯定,齊聚分享教學創新成果
國立中正大學教務處教學發展中心於12月11日舉辦「113學年度第2學期優良課程表揚暨教學交流會」,表揚在課程教學上表現卓越的教師。今年共有124位教師、146門課程獲得肯定,由教務長李翠萍代表頒發感謝狀。活動除表揚典禮外,也透過教學經驗分享與交流座談,展現本校持續推動教學創新、強化學生學習成效的堅定承諾。
本學期共開設1,682門一般課程與270門EMI(English as a Medium of Instruction)課程。經由教務處依據教學意見調查所訂定的全校教學篩選標準,經由學生教學意見調查結果篩選出80門「優良課程」及66門「優良EMI課程」,共計146門課程、124位教師獲得表揚。教學意見調查是反映教師教學品質與課程成效的重要機制,本次入選課程充分展現教師在課程設計、教學方法與教學態度上的用心,也顯示學生對教學成效的高度肯定。
本次活動亦進一步從優良課程中選出具備卓越教學特色之課程,設立三大獎項:「最佳內容充實課程」、「最佳教學方法課程」與「最佳學習收穫課程」,各獎項遴選出3門課程。此三項獎項聚焦於課程內容深度、教學策略實施及學生學習成效等指標,更具代表性與示範意義。
在表揚典禮後,活動邀請兩位教師進行教學經驗分享。通識教育中心李映瑾助理教授,以「人文與AI的交融──通識國文課程教材教法開發社群」為題,分享其執行教師社群的歷程與成果,並介紹國文與社會實踐教師社群的特色與教學創新實例。資訊工程學系程芙茵助理教授則從自身經驗出發,分享EMI課程教學的理念、挑戰與實務策略,為教師提供具體且實用的教學思考方向。
活動最後,由教務長李翠萍、教學發展中心主任王舒芸及語言中心主任陳玟君與現場教師進行交流座談,透過深度對話凝聚共識,推動教學創新與跨領域合作。藉由制度化的表揚機制與實務分享,中正大學展現持續提升教學品質、促進學生學習成效的堅定承諾。
本次活動不僅肯定教師的卓越教學成果,更以正向激勵促進全校教師持續精進,持續優化課程與教學策略。未來,學校將秉持「學生為本、教學為根」的理念,打造更具支持力的教學環境,邁向高等教育卓越願景。

CCU Honors Outstanding Courses and Faculty for the Second Semester of the 2024–2025Academic Year, Advancing Teaching Quality and Innovation
To recognize and commend faculty members for their outstanding contributions to teaching, the Office of Academic Affairs and the Center for Teaching and Learning Development at National Chung Cheng University (CCU) hosted the Outstanding Course Recognition and Teaching Exchange Forum for the Second Semester of the 2024–2025 Academic Year on December 11. Dean of Academic Affairs, Dr. Lee Tsuey-Ping, presented certificates of appreciation on behalf of the university, underscoring CCU’s strong commitment to high-quality teaching and student-centered learning outcomes.
During the semester, CCU offered a total of 1,682 general courses and 270 EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses. Based on student feedback collected from teaching evaluation surveys and university-wide assessment standards, 80 general courses and 66 EMI courses were selected as “Outstanding Courses,” representing 124 faculty members across 146 courses. The teaching evaluation survey serves as a key mechanism for students to reflect on instructional quality and learning effectiveness. The selected courses demonstrate faculty dedication to thoughtful course design, effective teaching strategies, and strong student engagement, as well as high levels of student satisfaction.
To further highlight exemplary teaching practices, the event featured three special awards: the event introduced three special awards: Best Course in Comprehensive Content, Best Course in Teaching Methods, and Best Course in Student Learning Achievement. Each category recognized three courses distinguished by their performance in areas such as course content, instructional methodology, instructor attitude, and students’ perceived learning gains—serving as inspiring models for pedagogical improvement and curriculum development.
Following the recognition ceremony, two faculty members were invited to share their teaching experiences.Assistant Professor Lee Ying-Ching from the Center for General Education presented the outcomes of her Faculty Learning Community (FLC) project, titled “The Integration of Humanities and AI—Developing Teaching Materials and Pedagogies for General Chinese Courses.” She shared insights into the development paths of both the Chinese Literature FLC and the Social Engagement FLC, offering practical perspectives on collaborative instructional enhancement.
Assistant Professor Cherng Fu-Yin from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering shared her experience in EMI instruction, discussing her motivations, teaching challenges, and corresponding classroom strategies. Her presentation provided valuable reflections on EMI course development and practical approaches toward enhancing English-medium learning environments.
The event concluded with an open discussion led by Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. Lee Tsuey-Ping, Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development Dr. Wang Shu-Yung, and Director of the Language Center Dr. Chen Wen-Chun. The forum fostered cross-disciplinary dialogue, reinforced shared goals in curriculum reform, and strengthened collaborative momentum in advancing teaching innovation.
Through this institutionalized recognition program and the sharing of hands-on teaching experiences, CCU reaffirms its continued dedication to improving teaching quality and cultivating student learning. The event not only celebrated faculty achievements but also established a positive incentive framework that encourages all educators to further innovate in curriculum design and pedagogy, ultimately enhancing student learning outcomes.
