本校108學年度起新成立「校友服務暨職涯發展處」，設「校友服務組」及「職涯發展組」。
針對學生之職涯發展輔導規劃，採全面化及全程式關懷之策略，結合各單位之資源與功能，深入系所落實各項輔導計畫，包含對於學生入學前各項概況之掌握、入學後之輔導、畢業前之就業準備，乃至畢業後之發展追蹤等各階段均為就業輔導之範圍，期能有效提升學生就業競爭力。
