1⃣請注意颱風最新消息 Keep updated with the latest weather forecast

3⃣請注意自身安全，盡量待在室內，避免出門 Please watch your own safety and stay indoors.
4⃣停電時，請拔除插座上的電器插頭並使用手電筒照明。若需要離家避難，請關閉總電源。During a power outage, unplug devices and use the flashlight for lighting. Turn off the main power if evacuating.

2026-2027 年度國際扶輪 3523 地區「在台外國留學生華語暨台語講演比賽」
2026-2027 Annual Rotary International District 3523 "Mandarin or Taiwanese Speech Competition for Foreign Students in Taiwan"

🌏 競賽簡介｜𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
為配合今年國際扶輪主題「為世界創造希望」，讓在台外國留學生藉此活動促進國際文化交流，並讓在台外國留學生運用留學期間學習之華語、台語，向各界展現台灣或其所屬國家文化，為世界創造希望。
The theme of Rotary International this year is “Create hope for the world”. To promote international culture interflow, we encourage and invite foreign students in Taiwan to show their talents and cultures by attending Annual Rotary International District 3523SubDistrict1,4,5 Mandarin or Taiwanese speech competition. This activity just ties in with the theme “Create hope for the world”, and let’s have an opportunity to "Imagine a world that deserves our best, where we get up each day knowing that we can make a difference.”

📌 參加資格｜𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
凡在各大學暨語文中心學習華語和台語之在台外國留學生、及扶輪外國交換學生(RYE)，均可組隊報名參加。。
Foreign students in colleges or universities, Foreign students studying Mandarin or Taiwanese at language centers in Taiwan, and Rotary youth exchange students (RYEs).

■ 每隊 2 至 5 人，預計招收 15 至 18 隊。
■ Each team must consist of 2–5 members. A total of 15–18 teams is expected to be accepted.
■ 若報名超過 18 隊時，每個語文中心推薦上限以 3 隊為限，若報名隊伍過多時，主辦單位得參酌參賽者表演主題與內容大綱、各語文中心推薦及報名先後順序等因素綜合判斷增刪隊數。
If the registrations are over 18 teams, each language center is limited to recommend 3 teams at most. The host has the right to accept the applications according to the apply time queue, the speech outlines, the opinions of language centers’ teachers.

每隊填妥一份報名表，以郵寄、傳真、電子郵件方式較至台北松山扶輪社。
Each team must complete one application form and submit it to the Rotary Club of Taipei SungShan by mail, fax, or email.
