Hello everyone!
島內散步（Walk In Taiwan) has invited NCKU international students to join them in one of their upcoming events. They recently have been entrusted by the Tainan Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage (Longtian District), to organize a day trip to the Wusantou Reservoir (烏山頭水庫).

The event will be free of charge, and they will provide lunch. The whole event will be carried out in English! Limited to foreign students only!

Event name: The Water Bringing in Harvest: tracing the legend of Chianan Irrigation
Date: 2023/4/26 (Saturday)
Time: 9am - 6pm
Start and end location : Tainan Train Station back station (台南火車站後站)

Among the places that you will be visiting on that day is Daitian Temple (代天府), Longtian Area (隆田園區）, Wusantou Reservoir and etc...

They wish to attract international students from the Department of Engineering, Department of Social Sciences, College of Planning and Design, and College of Biological Science and Technology.

Dear y'all in need of emotional comfort and support during the midterms, the student council in coordination with the NCKU school administration is organizing a Warmth Giving event on Friday night offering warm drinks, encouragement stickers, and free cookies to provide comfort to all NCKU students. 🤭

Stands will be at:
- the wooden desk behind Shengli dorm
- the square in front of Guangfu Dorm II
- JingYe Dorm I entrance
- the front door of NCKU library
- The department of electrical engineering.

The cold will pass, and warmth will ensue.
Just know that you are not alone, and the hard times will soon come to pass. 🤗

Do not worry if you are an international student struggling with your studies in a foreign country, or even just struggling with the language barrier, all are welcome to join! 😄

The International Students Association at NCKU is immensely honored to have the privilege to host Mr. Rifat ( ) half an hour before his official NCKU speech this afternoon.
Today, international students from overseas join with domestic Taiwanese students to discuss with Mr. Rifat topics such as living in other countries and matters regarding bridging the existing gap between the two student communities. The association hopes that with his unwavering support, ISA at NCKU can successfully lead and persuade students from both sides to put aside their shyness and begin interacting with one another during social events and even in class. Today marks a milestone in which ISA went from the brink of disbandment and chaos in April to be able to host VIP guests on behalf of NCKU.
Please continue your support for ISA. We will continue to provide a platform as part of a big family to support growth and foster friendship between the local student & international student body.

國立成功大學國際交流會今日下午非常榮幸的可以在吳鳳先生演講開始半小時之前代表成功大學熱情招待他。今天，來自海外的成大外籍生與本籍生一起和他參與討論像居住在其他國家的有趣話題，也順便提到如何去縮減本籍生與外籍生之間所存在距離感之重要議題。國際交流會希望透過吳鳳先生強力支持的情況下說服更多成大的外籍生與本籍生勇於拋開他們自己害羞的一面並且在社交場合與課堂內開始彼此互動。今天也是國際交流會自從四月以來瀕臨倒社危機到現在能代表成大接待 VIP 貴賓的重要里程碑。請繼續支持國際交流會。我們會持續提供一個作為促進本籍與外籍生邦誼的平台和大家庭。

Pics of a friendly neighbourhood sporting event at Tainan Industrial High School on the 17th of September (Saturday)🥳

1️⃣2️⃣ international students from NCKU ISA (International Student's Association) battled it out on a sunny basketball and volleyball game with the high schoolers promoting cultural exchanges between the local and international students!

A hub for promoting cultural and international exchanges for students all around the globe, ISA strives to build a platform that dissolves the gap between nationalities and forge connections within communities to create harmony in diversity.

Here we create multi-cultural experiences with exciting annual parties 🎉, sporting events 🏀, late-night gatherings and casual food gatherings 🍔.

各位成功大學教職人員, 學生, 與相關單位您好，

暑假愉快! 我們是成功大學國際交流會 ( The International Students Association at NCKU)，透過與印度學生會( The Indian Students Association at NCKU) 協辦， 本社團將首次舉辦「國際交流會– 印度學生會– 成大校友線上座談會」! 此活動中將會邀請成大校友們分享畢業後遇到的各種難題與挑戰。對於即將畢業或者對未來展望有興趣了解的同學們 (本國籍和外籍生)，這是個非常好的機會可以同時拓展人脈且從那些已經走過這段路程的校友身上獲得高見!

7/2 舉辦的第一場線上校友座談會相當成功。雙方都有互相分享金玉良言，且許多對外籍生與本籍生實用的建議都有被分享。話雖如此，參與活動的人數比預期的低。本社團真心希望更多人能夠參與並透過座談會吸收更多珍貴知識。7/9 將再舉辦一場座談會。我們真心希望各位可以利用暑期為自我提升的機會來報名參加活動。期待活動當天能看到您！煩請幫忙本社多加宣傳且邀請同夥們一起參與。
