材質不只是外觀，而是設計篩選後留下的結果。從金屬、布料到紋理等，每一種選擇都回應功能、使用情境與製作限制。在反覆測試與調整中，去除多餘、保留必要，讓想法透過材質被具體呈現。《Filter》不只是觀看方式，也是一種設計過程——透過篩選，逐步接近最適切的答案。

Material is not just about appearance, but the result of a series of design decisions. From metal and textiles to texture, each choice responds to function, context, and production constraints. Through continuous testing and refinement, the process filters out the unnecessary and retains what matters, allowing ideas to take form through material. Filter is not only a way of seeing, but also a way of designing—refining toward the most fitting outcome.

Constantly shifting our vantage point,
we sift through the environments that shape our vision,
reassembling the self through layered filters.

Fragments are repeatedly screened and recalibrated,
until, in a single moment, an image emerges, complete.

Design becomes a response to this act of selection,
reframing what we choose to keep,
and crystallizing into a clearer direction.

Amid multiple ways of seeing,
we claim the one that appears in this moment,

TRACES OF HOME

This exhibition takes “Traces of Home” as its core, viewing home as the origin and continuum of creative practice. These subtle imprints, carried across time, move through forms, inhabit everyday moments, and permeate every object brought into being.
Presented by the Department of Industrial Product Design at Shih Chien University (SCID) in Taipei, Taiwan, the exhibition features 15 works by 12 designers. Each project reflects a personal exploration—revisiting and reinterpreting memories and perceptions of home.
Through the accumulation and transformation of these traces, the exhibition reveals how creation is nurtured, and how home, in its quiet presence, continues to shape our ways of seeing and being.

Global Design Initiative Taipei 2026 國際設計工作營

實踐大學工業產品設計學系與新北市政府設計中心及淡水古蹟博物館合作，進行設計與市場主題結合實作。

Global Design Initiative (GDI) 國際設計工作營由台灣實踐大學、新加坡Lasalle藝術學院、英國Central St. Martin、日本武藏野藝術大學、德國科隆應用科大國際設計學院五校共同舉辦之GDI國際設計工作營將於2026.03.04 ~ 03.09於台北舉行。此次除原本5校之外，另有丹麥Royal Danish Academy of Architecture, Design and Conservation, 國立臺灣藝術大學教授與同學參與。

PulseAid X 折疊式沙灘急救擔架// Designer° ⋯ 陳竹筠
PulseAid X 可適配大部分擔架尺寸，並穩固勾掛於其結構上。透過自動化設備，減少人工施救的體力負擔，提高穩定性，並確保患者在運輸過程中持續接受心肺復甦。

PerPluiva 都市機能快穿雨衣// Designer° ⋯ 謝宇昕
摩托車騎士會攜帶雨衣，以因應驟雨，考量到騎士臨停路邊穿著雨衣甚不方便，獨特的剪裁設計，實現雨衣快速穿脫。結合拼接的配件，讓騎士根據氣候變化靈活調整穿著方式。

【金點新秀設計獎工藝設計類】
映・幣用錢做設計// Designer° ⋯ 方怡文
當大家都在用錢做設計時，我想落實真正的用錢做設計這件事。因此嘗試將金錢視為一種創作媒材，削弱符號上價值的意涵，轉而從材料層面詮釋其價值，結合壓克力應用於燈具設計上。

Loopa 絲瓜絡塑形實驗// Designer° ⋯ 蔡宜靜
改良工業模具並結合模組化手法，探索絲瓜絡的可塑性，突破其傳統印象與應用。透過模具塑型，使天然纖維展現獨特透光性與質地，融入現代家居，展現獨特美感與新可能。

Nukumo 布料工藝燈具// Designer° ⋯王可安
透過細緻的手工縫製，讓燈光穿透皺褶肌理形成柔和且有趣的光影，為空間增添獨特氛圍。這款燈具不僅是照明工具，更是能改變空間感受的設計元素，適合多種使用情境。

陸分鋼筋&水泥家具// Designer° ⋯余宥璋
這張椅子之所以叫做陸分是因為我利用六分的鋼筋來製作我的椅架，六分這個單位在中文發音就唸作「LIU FEN」，六分鋼筋的尺寸是最適合這張椅子，同時兼顧比例與支撐力。

這系列以羊毛為主材，採用扎製技法與網狀結構，結合球體、條狀與鐵網等造型語彙。三張高低不同的凳子皆以倒U型為主架構，底部略微擴張，提升穩定性並強化整體造型感。

實踐工設2025畢業展《°Sense》

「溫度」承載著互動的軌跡，透過觸碰映現；
「感知」詮釋了主觀的體驗，藉由設計成型。
在兩者的交互作用下°S成為我們報以世界的情感單位。

面對世界的廣闊，我們懷抱最真誠而純粹的心、謙卑與同理，以設計的手法為所見與聞注入暖意。溫度是相對也是絕對，是對話的依據，是情感的證明，如同我們以設計付諸於萬物的注目與熱情。

“Temperature” carries the traces of interaction, revealed through touch; “Sense” interprets subjective experiences, taking shape through design. In the interplay, °S becomes the emotional unit we offer the world.
Faced with the vastness of the world, we embrace sincerity, humility, and empathy, infusing warmth into what we see and hear through the language of design. Temperature is both relative and absolute, the foundation of dialogue and the proof of emotion—just like our unwavering attention and passion expressed through design.
