【獎學金入帳太慢💸若有急需可個案處理】
Waiting for your Scholarship? Here’s what’s happening!
臺大校內提供各式各樣的獎學金，也有許多同學仰賴獎學金支持生計，研協會不時接獲同學反映「獎學金入帳太慢」、「入帳日期難以預期」等，可能有下列幾種原因：
1️⃣ 有些系所會等待所有申請人資料齊備 ，才上報至教務處，教務處已提醒各系所分批上報資料，避免先繳交的同學等待過久。
2️⃣ 新學期開學時，學校需先確認同學完成註冊繳費，才會後續撥款，因此每個學期第一個月可能等待時間略久。
3️⃣ 來自政府機關經費（如國科會博士生獎學金），在會計年度轉換時，需完成上一年度結案報告並等候政府撥款。
4️⃣ 學校出納程序涉及主計、出納、銀行等單位，需預估至少一週左右作業時間。
教務處也表示，若同學因 #經濟困難而有急需，可以向承辦單位反映，校方會抽出個案來加快行政流程。
⚠️ 因獎學金種類眾多，入帳時間過久的原因可能有所不同，建議直接洽詢承辦單位。
NTU has plenty of scholarships to support our students, but we know the wait for that "payment notification" can be stressful. The GSA has heard your concerns about delays. Here are a few reasons why it might be taking a while:
1️⃣ Some offices wait for everyone’s paperwork to be in. The school officials have asked them to process files in batches so early birds don’t have to wait!
2️⃣ The school has to verify your registration and tuition payment first, so the first month of the semester is usually the busiest.
3️⃣ For grants like the NSTC fellowships for Ph.D students, we have to wait for the government to close the old fiscal year and send over new funds.
4️⃣ Finally, It takes about a week for the money to move through Accounting, the Cashier, and the Bank.
Need help urgently? 🆘 The Office of Academic Affairs says that if you are facing financial hardship, please reach out to the office handling your scholarship. They can pull your file and expedite the process!
⚠️ Every scholarship is different! If it’s taking too long, your best bet is to check in directly with the office in charge.
