🔹 穩住(HOLD ON)

While staying in Taiwan, you may find it takes some time to adjust to the local environment and weather. Earthquakes are relatively common here, so it’s important to be familiar with basic safety steps and know how to protect yourself and others in case one occurs.
In the event of a strong earthquake:
🔹 DROP down onto your hands and knees before the shaking knocks you over. This position helps prevent falls while allowing you to move if needed.
🔹 COVER your head and neck (and your entire body if possible) under a sturdy table or desk. If no shelter is available, move near an interior wall or next to low furniture that is unlikely to fall, and protect your head and neck with your arms.
🔹 HOLD ON to your shelter (or to your head and neck) until the shaking stops. Be prepared to move with the shelter if it shifts.
