【25 Tables Fully Booked! NTUST Students Bring International "Bando" to Life 🌏🥘】
這不只是一頓飯，這是一場跨越國界的文化盛宴！🎉
由臺科大科管所與 MBA 學生組成的團隊，將葉峻賓教授「新事業發展」EMI 課程中的創業提案變為現實。這場名為「辦桌．伴桌 Bando – Bonding over Dishes」的活動，11/23 在大稻埕千歲宮熱鬧登場！
原本預計 8 桌的提案，因為太受歡迎，最終爆增至 25 桌！
來自 20 多個國家的國際學生與臺灣同學齊聚紅色大圓桌，體驗最道地的台灣人情味。
🔴 活動亮點：
1️⃣總鋪師上菜： 知名「豆腐師」團隊現場掌廚，端出 10 道經典料理。
2️⃣文化零距離： 本地同學陳意婷與來自泰國Thitiporn Kitiwanprasarn擔任雙語主持人帶領敲鑼儀式、擲筊體驗，還有伍佰〈你是我的花朵〉全場大合舞！💃🕺
3️⃣語言無隔閡： 在「呼搭啦」的敬酒聲中，用美食與歡笑打破了國界。
這場活動全程由學生自主企劃、爭取資源，不僅是課程的里程碑，更是課程設計與學習成果的優秀示範！
A team of students from NTUST’s Graduate Institute of Technology adn Management and MBA program turned a start-up proposal from Prof. Chun Ping Yeh’s “New Business Development” EMI course into reality. The event, titled “Bando · Bonding over Dishes,” kicked off enthusiastically on November 23 at Qiansui Temple in Dadaocheng!
Originally expecting 8 tables, the event expanded to 25 tables due to overwhelming demand! International students from more than 20 countries joined local students around the red round tables to experience the most authentic Taiwanese hospitality.
🔴 Event Highlights:
1️⃣ Master Chef's Feast: The renowned “Doufu Master” catering team prepared the meal on-site, serving 10 representative dishes.
2️⃣ Cultural Immersion: Bilingual hosts Elaine Chen and Thitiporn Kitiwanprasarn led the gong-striking ritual, the Bwa Bwei (divination blocks) experience, and a massive group dance to Wu Bai’s “You Are My Flower”! 💃🕺
3️⃣ No Language Barriers: With the loud cheers of the “Ho-ta-la” toast, boundaries melted away amidst food and laughter.
Planned and executed entirely by students, this event marks a new milestone for the course and serves as an outstanding example of the course design and learning outcomes!
