【活動報導】科技管理所年末聚餐暨外籍生就業輔導分享講座👥
✨ 活動亮點 Highlights: 隨著2025年尾聲將至，科管所師生齊聚一堂，在溫馨的午餐氛圍中，來自臺灣、印尼、泰國、越南、荷蘭及德國的同學們跨越國籍界線，分享彼此的文化與生活，為本學期畫下完美句點。
Faculty and students gathered to celebrate the end of 2025. Local and international students from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Netherlands, and Germany enjoyed a cross-cultural luncheon, sharing stories and strengthening the GITM family bond.
🎤 職涯分享 Career Insight: 本次特別邀請 109級校友 Edison Lawby（現任職於怡定興生醫）返校分享外籍人才在台求職攻略：
履歷在地化： 善用 AI 輔助產出客製化的中英文履歷與作品集。
鎖定機會： 關注具備國際競爭力且正擴張海外市場的台灣新創公司。
心態建設： 求職遇挫是常態，保持積極並持續精進技能。
Alumnus Edison Lawby (Class of 109, currently at WCC Biomedical) shared practical tips for international job seekers in Taiwan:
Localization: Use AI tools to customize resumes and portfolios for specific roles.
Targeting: Focus on Taiwanese startups expanding into overseas markets.
Resilience: Stay positive despite rejections and use waiting periods to upskill.
