【公告】印度拉加拉克什米工程學院冬令營 Code. Create. Connect. 2026–27 | Fully Funded International Immersion Program | Rajalakshmi Engineering College

"Code. Create. Connect. 2026–27", scheduled from 29 December 2026 to 11 January 2027. This two-week program is designed to empower global learners through Indian innovation by combining academic excellence, industry exposure, experiential learning, and cultural immersion.

The program offers a unique blend of 65% technical learning and 35% cultural experiences, enabling participants to gain hands-on exposure to emerging technologies while exploring India's rich heritage and traditions. Students may choose from specialized academic tracks, including：

本次鳶山講座特別邀請日本岡山大學兩位重量級學者——副校長岡安光博教授與聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）「永續發展研究與教育」講座主持人藤井浩樹教授蒞校演講。

🧳深入西馬交流　臺北大學參加2026馬來西亞臺灣高等教育展

📚由馬來西亞留臺校友會聯合總會主辦的「2026馬來西亞臺灣高等教育展」於7月盛大展開，巡迴馬來西亞西馬及東馬多個城市，持續推動臺馬教育交流，提供學生多元且完整的海外升學資訊。國立臺北大學今年參與西馬場次，於7月7日至14日走訪柔佛、雪蘭莪、吉隆坡及檳城等地，透過教育展及入校宣導，介紹本校辦學特色、學系發展與豐富的國際學習資源，並與當地學生、教師及校友交流互動，持續深化臺馬教育合作。
🏫本屆教育展開幕典禮於柔佛州寬柔中學古來分校舉行。駐馬來西亞臺北經濟文化辦事處連玉蘋代表致詞表示，面對人工智慧、數位科技及全球產業快速發展，人才培育已成為各國發展的重要基礎。臺灣具備完善的高等教育體系與多元學習環境，長期受到馬來西亞學生肯定，也期待透過持續的教育交流，進一步深化臺馬兩地的人才培育合作。

💬深入校園交流　面對面分享赴臺升學資訊
本校此次行程依序前往寬柔中學古來分校、巴生中華獨立中學、巴生濱華中學、烏魯冷岳福建公會、芙蓉中華中學、吉隆坡中華國民型中學、大同韓新傳播學院、檳城鍾靈國民型華文中學、Northern Lights Private School、北海鍾靈國民型中學及SMK Valdor，透過教育展與入校交流，向當地師生進行面對面交流。
活動期間，本校國際處代表除介紹各學院特色、課程規劃、校園生活及國際交流資源外，也針對海外學生關心的申請流程、獎助學金、住宿環境、跨域學習及交換機會等議題提供詳細說明，協助學生更全面了解赴臺升學的各項資訊。
交流過程中，學生踴躍提出升學相關問題，顯示馬來西亞學生除重視專業知識外，也更加關注跨領域能力及國際視野的培養。

🤝校友接力支持　展現北大凝聚力
除了與學生深入交流外，本次教育展也獲得本校畢業之馬來西亞校友的熱情支持， 其中，經濟學系校友、現任興北校友會顧問蕭子鳴學長全程陪同本校參展，從展前籌備、展場布置到現場招生推廣皆全力投入，為本次教育展提供重要協助，展現校友對母校的支持與情誼。
企業管理學系畢業之蕭億雯校友亦親臨展場，分享自己在臺北大學求學期間的學習歷程、校園生活，以學姐的角度與現場學生交流，讓有意赴臺升學的學生更深入了解在北大的學習環境與成長歷程，也為教育展增添真實而溫暖的分享。
在檳城場次，本校電機工程學系畢業之周苡航校友的父親也特地前往展場協助招生推廣，熱情向學生及家長分享子女赴臺求學的經驗，以實際行動支持臺北大學，展現校友家庭對母校的認同與信任。

🌟與興北校友會交流　深化海外連結
吉隆坡場次結束後，本校代表與興北校友會會長及學長姐們餐敘交流，感謝校友長期協助母校推動國際招生及海外交流工作。席間，校友們除分享近年馬來西亞升學趨勢、產業發展及學生需求外，也一同回憶在臺求學時的點滴與校園生活，暢談昔日課堂、社團及校園趣事，現場氣氛溫馨熱絡，更加加深母校與海外校友間的情誼與連結。

🌏持續深耕馬來西亞　拓展國際交流版圖

🌏📚【行政英語增能系列工作坊第三梯次－圖書館實用英語工作坊】
因應校園國際化持續推展，國際事務處持續辦理「行政英語增能系列工作坊」，繼教務處及學務處場次後，於115年7月15日 舉辦「圖書館實用英語工作坊」，持續邀請國立臺灣師範大學林芷安老師授課，依圖書館第一線服務需求量身規劃課程，提升館員英語溝通能力及跨文化服務品質。

本次課程聚焦圖書館實務情境，內容涵蓋圖書館設備與資源英語、借還書服務、館內導覽、電子資源介紹、常見服務情境及跨文化溝通技巧，並透過情境對話與口說演練，協助同仁熟悉接待國際讀者時常用的英語表達，提升第一線服務信心。

✨課後回饋顯示，與會同仁一致肯定課程內容貼近實務需求，尤其圖書館情境演練、常用例句整理及英語學習資源分享最具收穫，並認為課程有助於提升第一線服務信心與國際溝通能力。

🌏📚 Administrative English Enhancement Workshop Series (Session 3): Practical English Workshop for the Library

As part of the University's ongoing efforts to promote campus internationalization, OIA held the third session of its Administrative English Enhancement Workshop Series on July 15, 2026. Following workshops for the Office of Academic Affairs and the Office of Student Affairs, this session was specially designed for library staff and was taught by Ms. Anita Lin from National Taiwan Normal University.

The workshop focused on practical English for library services, including library facilities and resources, circulation services, library tours, electronic resources, common service scenarios, and cross-cultural communication. Through interactive speaking activities and role-playing exercises, participants strengthened their confidence in communicating with international library users.

✨ Participants highly praised the workshop, noting that the content was practical and directly relevant to their responsibilities. The scenario-based activities, useful English expressions, and learning resources were especially valuable in enhancing their confidence and communication skills when serving international users.

🌏🏫【行政英語增能系列工作坊－學務處實用英語工作坊】

因應校園國際化發展，國際事務處持續推動「行政英語增能系列工作坊」，於115年7月8日辦理「學務處實用英語工作坊」，邀請國立臺灣師範大學林芷安老師授課，依學務處各單位業務需求規劃2場次客製化課程，提升第一線行政同仁英語溝通能力及國際行政服務品質。

本次工作坊由職涯發展中心、衛生保健組、學生諮商中心、原住民族學生資源中心、生活輔導組、軍訓室、住宿輔導組及課外活動組同仁參與。課程結合行政英語、電話禮儀、跨文化溝通、情境模擬及AI輔助英語學習，並透過實務案例與角色扮演，提升同仁日常行政英語應對能力。

✨課後回饋顯示，與會同仁認為課程內容貼近行政實務需求，情境演練、案例分享及常用英語表達整理，有助於將所學立即運用於工作，課程筆記及英語學習資源亦有助於持續自主學習。

🌏🏫 Administrative English Enhancement Workshop Series – Practical English Workshop for the Office of Student Affairs

To support the University's ongoing internationalization efforts, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) continues to offer its Administrative English Enhancement Workshop Series. On July 8, 2026, OIA hosted the Practical English Workshop for the Office of Student Affairs, inviting Ms. Anita Lin from National Taiwan Normal University to deliver two customized sessions tailored to the needs of different Student Affairs units. The workshop aimed to strengthen frontline administrative staff's English communication skills and enhance the quality of international administrative services.

The workshop was attended by staff from the Career Development Center, Health Care Section, Student Counseling Center, Indigenous Student Resource Center, Student Assistance Division, Military Education Division, Student Housing Service Section, and Extracurricular Activities Section. Through administrative English, telephone etiquette, intercultural communication, scenario-based practice, and AI-assisted English learning, participants developed practical English skills for everyday administrative work.

✨According to participants' feedback, the workshop closely reflected real workplace needs. Scenario-based practice, case studies, and practical English expressions helped participants immediately apply what they learned in their daily work, while the course notes and English learning resources supported continued self-directed learning.

僑外生走讀南投山城🌿🚗-在山水與人文間看見不一樣的臺灣🔅

為增進僑外學生對臺灣多元文化與自然環境的認識，國際處於115年6月15、16日辦理「115年僑外生認識臺灣知性之旅」，處內同仁帶領近30位來自馬來西亞、蒙古、越南、印尼、印度、索馬利蘭等國家的僑外生前往南投地區展開兩天一夜深度文化體驗之旅，透過實地走訪讓學生認識臺灣的人文歷史、自然景觀及地方產業特色。

本次行程規劃豐富多元，首日前往車埕老街及日月潭風景區，讓同學深入感受臺灣山城聚落與湖光山色之美。學生們搭乘遊艇環湖，欣賞日月潭不同角度的自然景致，並漫步向山遊客中心及周邊景點，在山水之間感受臺灣兼具自然保育與永續觀光的發展成果。

晚間更特別安排原住民族的特色風味料理，透過美食與文化解說，讓同學們進一步認識臺灣原住民族的生活智慧與文化底蘊，對臺灣多元族群社會有更深刻的理解。餐後，也特別為當月壽星同學舉辦溫馨的慶生活動，在溫馨歡樂的氣氛中為本次參訪活動增添美好回憶。

第二天規劃了日月潭獨木舟體驗，在專業教練指導下，同學們划行於平靜湖面，感受水域活動的魅力。來自馬來西亞的同學表示：「這是第一次來到日月潭體驗獨木舟。划船時可以近距離欣賞湖面風光，感覺非常特別。不僅認識了臺灣美麗的自然景觀，也交到了許多來自不同國家的朋友。」

隨後一行人前往埔里廣興紙寮，透過專業導覽了解臺灣傳統手工造紙產業的發展歷程，並親自參與紙扇DIY活動。同學們從實作中體驗傳統工藝的細膩與創意，也更加認識臺灣在文化保存與地方創生方面所做的努力。

境外學生遠離家鄉來臺求學，除了課堂學習外，學校亦透過「臺灣知性之旅」等活動，鼓勵學生走出校園、深入地方，親身感受臺灣豐富的人文風貌與自然特色。藉此營造更友善且具國際化特色的學習環境，讓來自世界各地的學生在臺求學期間留下充實而美好的回憶，同時促進不同文化背景學生間的互動與理解，進一步成為推廣臺灣文化與深化國際交流的重要橋梁。

A Journey Through Taiwan’s Heartland🏡: International Students Connect with Culture and Community 🌿🚗

To enhance international and overseas Chinese students’ understanding of Taiwan’s culture and natural environment, the Office of International Affairs organized the 2026 Taiwan Educational and Cultural Tour for Overseas Chinese and International Students on June 15–16. Nearly 30 students from Malaysia, Mongolia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, and Somaliland joined the two-day, one-night trip to Nantou. Through site visits and hands-on activities, students learned more about Taiwan’s history, landscapes, and local industries.

On the first day, students visited Checheng Old Street and the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area, experiencing the charm of Taiwan’s mountain towns and lakeside scenery. They enjoyed a boat tour around Sun Moon Lake and visited the Xiangshan Visitor Center, gaining insight into Taiwan’s environmental conservation and sustainable tourism efforts.

In the evening, students enjoyed an Indigenous-style dinner and cultural introduction, learning more about the traditions and heritage of Taiwan’s Indigenous peoples. A birthday celebration for students born in the month was also held after dinner, adding a warm and memorable touch to the trip.

On the second day, students participated in a canoeing experience at Sun Moon Lake. Under the guidance of professional instructors, they paddled across the calm waters and enjoyed the lake from a different perspective. One student from Malaysia shared, “This was my first time canoeing at Sun Moon Lake. It was a wonderful experience, and I also made many new friends from different countries.”

The group later visited Guangxing Paper Mill in Puli, where they learned about Taiwan’s traditional handmade paper industry and took part in a paper fan DIY activity. Through the experience, students gained a deeper appreciation of traditional craftsmanship and cultural preservation.

For international and overseas Chinese students studying far from home, learning extends beyond the classroom. Through programs such as the Taiwan Educational and Cultural Tour, the University encourages students to explore local communities and experience Taiwan’s culture and natural beauty firsthand. These activities help create a welcoming and international learning environment while promoting intercultural understanding and international exchange.
