【實踐大學深化日本姊妹校合作:郭壽旺副校長赴學習院大學(Gakushuin University)進行專題演講】
實踐大學持續深化與日本姊妹校合作,積極推動學生交流與多元國際合作。2026年7月13日(一),本校郭壽旺副校長受日本學習院大學國際社會科學部(Faculty of International Social Sciences)院長 Tetsuya Usui 教授邀請,赴該校進行專題演講,與189位學生分享台灣留學、跨文化交流及未來職涯發展等議題。
本次演講以國際交流與跨文化經驗為主軸,郭副校長從台灣高等教育環境出發,分享在台灣求學的特色,以及學生如何透過交換計畫、跨文化交流與跨領域學習拓展國際視野;同時結合國際關係與國際企業等專業領域,帶領學生思考全球環境快速變化下,國際交流經驗對未來學習及職涯發展的重要性。
學習院大學為實踐大學重要的日本姊妹校之一,雙方長期維持良好合作關係,持續推動學生交換與校際交流。今年9月,學習院大學亦將有4位同學將赴本校參與交換計畫,期盼透過在台生活及與各國學生互動,更深入認識台灣文化!
透過本次演講與交流,實踐大學不僅向更多日本學生介紹台灣高等教育及赴台交換的機會,也進一步深化與學習院大學的姊妹校合作關係。未來兩校將持續推動學生交流、教師互訪、跨領域學習及共創共學,拓展更多元的國際合作,為台日學生創造更多跨國交流與學習機會。
【Shih Chien University Strengthens Partnership with Gakushuin University】
Shih Chien University continues to strengthen its partnerships with partner universities in Japan and promote student exchange and international collaboration. On July 13, 2026, Vice President Dr. Tony Kuo was invited by Professor Tetsuya Usui, Dean of the Faculty of International Social Sciences at Gakushuin University, to deliver a guest lecture to 189 students on studying in Taiwan, cross-cultural exchange, and future career development.
During the lecture, Dr. Kuo shared insights into Taiwan's higher education environment and the experience of studying in Taiwan. He also discussed how students can broaden their global perspectives through exchange programs, cross-cultural experiences, and interdisciplinary learning. Drawing on topics related to international relations and international business, he encouraged students to consider the importance of cross-cultural understanding and international experience for their future studies and careers.
Gakushuin University is one of Shih Chien University's important partner universities in Japan, and the two institutions have maintained a strong partnership through student exchange and university collaboration. This September, 4 students from Gakushuin University will also join the exchange program at Shih Chien University!
Through this guest lecture, Shih Chien University introduced more Japanese students to Taiwan's higher education and exchange opportunities while further strengthening its partnership with Gakushuin University. Moving forward, the two universities will continue to promote student exchange, faculty visits, interdisciplinary learning, and co-learning and co-creation, creating more opportunities for students from Taiwan and Japan to connect and learn together.
