為協助境外生更早掌握台灣職場方向，實踐大學國際事務處於 12 月接連辦理兩場境外生企業媒合講座，邀請多家具備國際人才聘用經驗的企業走進校園，與學生面對面交流，現場互動熱烈、成果豐碩。
🍽️🛒 多元企業進駐，提供實際可行的就業選項
本次系列講座共邀請 Q Burger、王品集團、Chili’s 赫士盟飲集團、全家便利商店、大樂司文創、GBA 吉比鮮釀、全家國際餐飲、統一超商 等企業參與，產業橫跨餐飲、零售、服務與連鎖通路，皆具備實際聘用境外學生的經驗。
企業不只介紹公司文化，更清楚說明境外生可申請的工讀、實習與未來正職職缺，包含語言需求、工時安排與聘用條件，讓學生「聽得懂、問得到、選得到」。
🤝 不只是聽講座，而是真正「媒合」
活動特別安排履歷投遞與一對一交流／現場面談，協助學生直接與企業代表對談，釐清自身條件與職缺需求。多位學生於活動當日即完成初步面談，成功取得後續面試或工讀媒合機會，展現企業進校園的即時效益。
🎯 為什麼實踐大學要做這個企劃？
實踐大學深知，對境外生而言，「找到第一份在台工作的機會」往往是留台發展的關鍵一步。因此，國際事務處以「境外生實際需求」為出發點，成立實踐國際人才職涯計畫，從企業邀請、職缺設定到活動設計，全面回應學生在法規、語言與文化適應上的挑戰，降低進入台灣職場的門檻。
📘 回應教育部政策，落實留台就業支持
本系列講座亦配合教育部推動的「國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫」，透過穩定、可預期的企業媒合機制，協助境外生在學期間即建立職涯方向與信心，讓「來台念書」不只是學習，更能順利銜接職場、落實留台發展。
未來，實踐大學將持續透過企業講座、企業參訪與媒合平台，系統性打造友善且具實質效益的境外生職涯支持環境，陪伴國際學生在台灣安心學習、穩健就業 🌱
🌏✨ [Connecting International Students with Career Opportunities in Taiwan] ✨🌏
To help international students better understand Taiwan’s job market and prepare for future career pathways, the Office of International Affairs at Shih Chien University organized two International Student–Industry Matching Seminars this December. The events brought experienced companies onto campus to engage directly with students, creating meaningful and practical connections.
🍽️🛒 Industry Partners Offering Real Career Pathways
The seminar series welcomed a diverse group of companies, including Q Burger, Wowprime Corporation, Chili’s (Hess International Food Group), FamilyMart, DLS Creative, GBA Craft Beer, FamilyMart International Dining, and Uni-President Enterprises.
Spanning industries such as food service, retail, hospitality, and chain operations, all participating companies have hands-on experience hiring international students. Beyond introducing their corporate culture, they clearly explained part-time, internship, and future full-time positions available specifically to international students, including language requirements, working hours, and hiring conditions—helping students make informed and realistic career choices.
🤝 More Than a Seminar — Real Matching in Action
Unlike traditional career talks, the events featured on-site résumé submission and one-on-one consultations. Students had the opportunity to speak directly with company representatives, clarify expectations, and explore career fit. Several students completed initial interviews on the same day and successfully advanced to follow-up interviews or job placements, demonstrating the seminars’ immediate and tangible impact.
🎯 Why Does Shih Chien University Do This?
Shih Chien University understands that securing a first job or internship in Taiwan is often a critical step for international students who wish to stay and work after graduation. In response, the University launched the Shih Chien International Talent Career Program, designing every step—from company selection to job descriptions and event flow—around the real challenges international students face, including regulations, language barriers, and cultural adaptation. The goal is simple: make opportunities visible, accessible, and achievable.
📘 Aligning with Taiwan’s Talent Retention Policy
This initiative also aligns with the Ministry of Education’s International Student Career Support and Retention Program, supporting international students in building career readiness during their studies. Through a structured and sustainable industry-matching mechanism, Shih Chien University helps students gain confidence, practical experience, and a clear pathway from education to employment—turning “studying in Taiwan” into a long-term career opportunity.
Looking ahead, Shih Chien University will continue to expand industry seminars, company visits, and its upcoming job-matching platform to build a comprehensive and supportive career network—empowering international students to study with confidence and pursue meaningful careers in Taiwan 🌱
