合氣太極社社團介紹
「合氣太極」主要是為了發揚、延續太極拳的武術價值傳承,融入護身倒法、圓轉等方式改良太極拳,讓學員在安全的方式下學習太極,達到養生、防身、健身的效果。
"Aiki-Taichi" is a type of martial arts which is developed to continue the traditional values of Taichi. The falling and rolling techniques were merged into classical Taichi, so that students could practice it in a safe way. Besides, maintaining health, self-defense and exercise are also included in the training.
套路介紹
合氣太極共24式,雖然簡短,但是包含太極拳中的基礎以及精華。以太極十三勢作為基礎,配合實際應用與太極拳的養生功法,讓學員經由不斷地練習,掌握到重心的改變進而了解蓄力及發力的方法,最後可以熟悉並運用在實際生活中。
The Forms of Aiki-Taichi
The “Aiki-Taichi” has 24 froms. Although the set of forms is brief, the movements still contain the core philosophy and basic principles of Taichi. Through the understanding of the 13 Postures of Taichi, combining with practical applications and health exercises of practicing Taichi, students could fully manipulate their own body in a nature way. With continuous practice, students will grasp the art of storing and releasing energy, and finally could apply these teachings to practical life.
對練介紹
合氣太極對練是以護身倒法來取代一發三丈。並以圓柔對練,再加上古典太極拳精闢的招式,在不傷人的條件下,讓學員試手過招,讓學員能夠快速地由招熟進而懂勁,最終進入太極拳「階及神明」那種力與美的藝術境界。
Training Forms
Comparing other aggressive fighting training, Aiki-Taichi focuses on soft and pliable training. This method allows students to be familiar to the skills and the strength of Taichi. Finally, we hope everyone could comprehend the philosophical aesthetics of Taichi.
