📚 【期刊新訊｜林穎佑老師新作刊登於《Tamkang Journal of International Affairs》】
恭喜本所林穎佑老師的最新研究〈Examining the PLA's Reform from an Organizational Adjustment Perspective〉刊登於《Tamkang Journal of International Affairs》（TJIA）。該文從組織調整的角度切入，探討解放軍自2016年軍改以來的結構變遷，並分析2024年戰略支援部隊裁撤、拆分為三支獨立兵種背後的意涵，是理解共軍當前改革走向的重要參考。

《Tamkang Journal of International Affairs》是由淡江大學國際事務學院發行的英文學術期刊，宗旨在於為國際關係、比較政治、區域研究、政治經濟及當代安全等廣泛議題，提供一個開放的學術對話平台。

The Tamkang Journal of International Affairs (TJIA) is an English-language academic journal published by the College of International Affairs, Tamkang University. It aims to provide an open forum for scholarly dialogue on a wide range of topics, including international relations, comparative politics, regional studies, political economy, and contemporary security.
As an internationally oriented professional journal, TJIA is indexed in SCOPUS — the world's largest database of peer-reviewed literature — as well as EBSCO, Airiti Library, and TOAJ. Notably, TJIA charges no article processing fees (APCs), making it a researcher-friendly platform.
