亞東科技大學（Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology ，aeust） 簡稱亞東科大，初名私立亞東工業技藝專科學校，為全國第一所私立二年制專科學校。前身為亞東工業專科學校、亞東技術學院。2021年8月奉准改名「亞東科技大學」。

　亞東技術學院於民國五十七年十月，在遠東集團創辦人徐有庠先生的「弘文明德，育才興國」理念下創設，初名「私立亞東工業技藝專科學校」，為全國第一所私立二年制專科學校，六十二年六月奉准正名為「私立亞東工業專科學校」，八十九學年度獲教育部核定改制為「亞東技術學院」。
