Impostor syndrome: how to overcome it?

Impostor syndrome manifests itself in different ways for everyone, but its common characteristics include:

◾Lack of self-confidence
◾ An inability to realistically assess one's skills and competencies
◾ Believing that your success is determined by external factors, such as luck
◾Fear that you are not good enough
◾Intense fear of failure
◾Lack of self-confidence.

Do you recognize yourself in these points? Then here are some ways to overcome them:
1. Focus on the facts. The best way to fight imposter syndrome is to separate emotions from facts.
2. Look for evidence. If you often feel you're not getting your work done on time, go back to recent projects. Analyze the work you've done to see if these feelings are based on facts.
3. Find a mentor. To combat imposter syndrome, try to work on developing your professional and communication skills.

What should you focus on to get results?

Each of us dreams of being successful in everything. But as soon as we take care of one area, such as our personal life, our career falls through the cracks.

So how do you achieve a result that will satisfy you?

We've thought about it for a long time, and we've put together a few points to consider on the road to success. First, focus on long-term goals. None of the successful people focus on short-term goals, because you need to see the entire spectrum of possibilities.

Second, don't dream modestly. The bigger your dreams, the greater your motivation. People around you may not be confident, but that's no reason to be modest.

Third, never stop learning. Many people believe that their knowledge and skills are enough to succeed. But this is not the case. Skills and knowledge need to be upgraded throughout your life, even if you have already achieved your success. This will help you stay afloat.

Fourth, constantly look back and remember why you are doing this. Sometimes you may not have enough motivation, but if you remind yourself of the main thing, your goal, you will succeed!

How to expose your talent?🙌
Each of us has asked himself at least once in his life: What am I imagining? Do I have any talent?
If you have not asked yourself such questions, or learned about all your talents in childhood or adolescence, we congratulate you!
But unfortunately, many of us are looking for our talent and that it is special.
We remind you that each of you is special and worth only the best.

To learn more about yourself and your talents, we recommend that you use the following methods:
Method №1:
Do an analysis of your interests and hobbies.
Write the answers to the following questions in a notebook or note:
1. What do I like to do?
2. What don’t I like to do?
3. What do you think is best?
4. What would you do if the money didn’t make sense?
After analyzing them and writing interests that coincide in multiple responses.

Method №2:
Try yourself in different areas.
The more hobbies and lessons you try, the faster you will find what is close to you.

Method №3:
Look for like-minded people.
If you are surrounded by people with whom your interests coincide, you will progress even faster. Being in this environment, you are inspired by the example of others, and you have more power to root out new peaks.

The most important thing to remember: there are mistakes in everyone, and this is the experience in your life.

Three principles of a happy person.

Life flies by quickly and imperceptibly. And how can you not forget about your emotional and spiritual state and be a happy person in this hustle and bustle?

We outline 3 basic principles that will help you in this matter:
1. Being organized is the key to happiness.
If you can organize your routine and thoughts properly, you will feel much better and more confident.
2. Expand your comfort zone.
The more you go outside the box in your head, the more relaxed(er) you will be. This will help you learn many new things and open yourself up to new experiences.
3. Don't forget to smile.
Smile more often and more. When you laugh, the body produces endorphins, which help us to cope with negative thoughts and in general our life is much better.

Is online education our Future? 💻

Our world is changing rapidly, this applies to every area of our lives, and education is no exception.

Today, there are more and more opportunities for distance learning.

Current technology makes it possible to use already familiar activities in an online format. Now we can organize group meetings in video conferencing, use a project approach to learning and work in mini groups.
One of the advantages of online learning is the constant improvement of the quality of the material and introduction of new material.
Students also have a constant opportunity to repeat material and review media files.

We believe that online learning is the future, but we should not forget about the offline events, which help not to forget how to communicate with people in life.

The world is an unpredictable place. How to be happy?💓

There is room in our world for every phenomenon, whether tragic or joyful; every action or inaction. Everything that happens in our lives must happen, even if it is difficult to understand.
Crisis and tragic moments shape us, give us momentum.
But what do we do when the ground seems to be falling from under our feet?

Here are some tips for you on how to still be happy:
1. Don't panic or get frustrated so that all your energy dissipates somewhere.
To calm down and "keep your balance," breathing practice and meditation can help you. You will also find retreats (you can read more about them in our profile).
If you don't find yourself restless, seek professional help: coaches or psychologists.
2. During a difficult time, ask yourself the question, "Why is this for me? What can it do for me?" rather than, "Why me? What's wrong with me?"
Questions help us figure out how to proceed.
3. Look for a new sense of life.
You might try a new hobby, or remember what made you happy once.

❗And remember, «Black streaks in everyone's life, the important thing is to keep going».

5 reasons to keep a gratitude journal. 📓

In social media, we hear and read a lot about keeping a gratitude journal.

Let's remind you a little bit of what it is: a gratitude journal is a notebook or a notebook where we write down events, phenomena, and people to whom we are grateful.

We recommend writing a gratitude diary every day for 10 items or more.
Now let's go back to why we should write them at all:
1. The most important reason is that by being thankful, we will get twice as much of what we want.
2. Also, a gratitude journal helps us to highlight and pay attention to things we sometimes forget about.
3. Every «thank you» you say to yourself boosts your self-esteem.
4. A gratitude journal is something akin to meditation. So if you're still having trouble meditating, you might want to start with it.
5. Feeling grateful helps us feel better about ourselves, find friends more easily, and feel good about life.
