Hey all!

This year, we will not be able to greet you in Kyiv. The war made it unsafe to host the Rounds anywhere in Ukraine - the Russian missiles can hit you anywhere.

However, the moot goes on. For the first time after the COVID-19 pandemic, we go back to offline mooting this December. This time in Budapest with our friends from Price Media Law Moot Court Competition - Central Eastern European Round.

There is still a week to register - and three days prior to the clarification questions submission deadline. While the website of the moot is down, you can access the moot materials below.

One team member from the NEE Rounds winning team (NaUKMA) is stuck in Romny, Sumy oblast, in Ukraine. The Russian occupying army does not provide the opportunity neither to leave the city nor to provide food and other necessary supplies.

We urge the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition community to unite, exclude the Russian teams from the moot until the end of aggression, and call on the Price network of judges, coaches and participants to press the ICRC, the Russian government, and other responsible entities to at least prevent the humanitarian crisis.
