About Viva College School,
VIVA College School is an O and A-level secondary school, borne out of the need to create a comprehensive learning environment that will train the mind whilst also nurturing the talents of the students. The school offers a distinctive learning experience marked by its focus on student discipline, academic excellence, nurturing sporting talent, acquisition of practical life skills, creation of knowledge through research, critical thinking, problem solving and empowering students into being responsible citizens. Viva College School promotes student engagement in life- long learning experiences by embracing varied, flexible, innovative and sustainable modes of learning, teaching and assessment, informed by research and the Ugandan National curriculum.
Viva College School is committed to empowering its students achieve academic excellence and also actualize their talent potential. They emphasize extra-curricular superiority based on application of the acquired theory into practice where possible.To achieve the above goal, the school has adequate infrastructure and facilities including: well-furnished classrooms with each having not more than 40 students, to avoid congestion. They also have fully equipped; Library; Science Laboratories; Computer Laboratories, Sports and music facilities, a School farm aimed at broadening the learning experience and widening student career options.

Environmental Sustainability
Viva College School strongly believes in environmental sustainability and has invested in eco-friendly technologies including solar for lighting in the dormitory and powering of the school pump. Their kitchen is also designed to use bio gas and LPG for cooking. The bio-gas is internally generated through a unique waste management project. Students and parents are also encouraged to engage in tree planting activities on the visitation days.
