Adonai Vocational Institute (AVI) seeks to address the challenge of unemployed unemployable youths by ascertaining that our graduates possess the prerequisite soft skills and technical proficiency to make a smooth transition into the workforce. Regardless of their program of study, our training model incorporates financial literacy, critical thinking, problem–solving, and entrepreneurship, amongst other tangible skills that are directly applicable to the workforce which our growing economy demands.

Our main aim is to contribute to an effective and productive workforce and not merely replenish the existing labor force by cultivating well-informed national and global citizens who are equipped and prepared to make a difference in their country and the world.
