Under the dark skys
When the night is celebrating it's anniversary
When lovely couples are having each other in the heart,body and soul,
When the best of the music is playing in the back ground,
When the best dishes are served in the living room,
When loved ones are sharing moments that transpired during the day,
When 3hearts are at peace,

ALONE!
I sit back quietly planning,
For what tomorrow might bring,
My kids try to engage me their arguments,
But they only receive a cold shoulder,
And slowly each one them crawl to bed and they get lost in a slamber

For how long?,
For how long will it take,
For my soul has grown weary of waiting,
Am scared of resting my life alone
But maybe it was meant to be,

For if love was meant to last,
It goes through hell and hard rocks but still blossoms
When love is meant to last,
The one who loves you will always give you a shoulder to lean, and no matter what the world throws at you, the one who truly loves you will fight back,
Don't be deceived, the one who wants you will be proud to show you off and freely talk about you wherever the go,
When love is on your menu, they will get a million reasons to be where you are, check on, plan with, no secrets,
You know when someone loves you, and you know when they are using you,
Some become silent when they see red flags, they afraid of entering new relationships thinking it will also turn out like the last one,
But🙏 please don't be hard on your self, free your heart and let it fly, coz it will come back if it was meant to be yours,
True love exists and each one has got his/her truest love whether before or after, the one who is making you cry isn't yours, because yours will never make you cry🌹, just master the red flags and have courage to get up from the table where love isn't served,, you are not a ball to be played but a precious thing to be loved
