Best way to start a semester: worship and a reminder of what actually matters.

Our first department chapel brought student-led worship and a powerful message from ACU Alum, Steve Ridgell ('73), a local evangelism minister at Hillcrest Church of Christ.

He reminded us that the most important decision we'll ever make is choosing to follow Jesus. Every other decision flows from that one. Nothing in this life is guaranteed, but that choice changes everything. Grateful for a day that pointed us back to what matters most.

We wrapped up our first week of classes with our first-ever Wildcat Welcome Party for our newest business and technology students!

We had a little bit of everything!

- Lots of laughs and new connections

Hosted at the home of Drs. Mark and Laura Phillips, the evening was designed to give our new students a chance to slow down, have some fun, and get to know the people who make COBA feel like home.
