Once a Polar Bear, ALWAYS a Polar Bear! 🐻‍❄️🧡

We loved welcoming Rosie Schroeder back to Polar Bear country! Rosie, an ONU alumna who now serves as the Director of Marketing – Digital Content & Advertising for Purdue Athletics, returned to campus to share her experiences, industry insights and career journey with our students.

From ONU to the Big Ten, Rosie is doing some pretty incredible things in the world of sports marketing! There is something special about having our alumni return to the classroom and show students what is possible beyond Ada. Thank you, Rosie, for investing your time in the next generation of communication professionals!

Polar Bear pride runs deep, no matter where your career takes you! 🧡🐻‍❄️🏈

What a great turnout last week! The Mu Delta Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi hosted its annual Meet the Firms event in McIntosh Center, giving Accounting and Finance students the chance to meet with employers and share their resumes for internships and post-grad jobs. It was a wonderful chance to show off the talent here in DCBA. A big thank-you to all the employers who traveled to Ada to be part of it!

Thank you to all the student orgs who joined us at Org Fest yesterday!

Seeing every table repping a different org was a great reminder of how much student involvement adds to campus life.

Dr. Aggie’s Strategies and Campaigns class had a fantastic visit to Davey as part of the collaborative work we’re undertaking this semester! Davey Tree Expert Co. beautiful SEED Campus provided an inspiring setting for students to learn, connect and turn classroom ideas into real-world experience. The tour was insightful, and the hospitality truly couldn’t be beat.
A big thank-you to the Davey team and alumnus Sandra Reid for welcoming us and investing in the next generation of PR and Social Media professionals. We’re excited for what’s ahead!
